When the reservation was made, the hotel price went up over the phone from the quote on Orbitz right before my eyes. It was very disappointing. The vacation was tops but the price exchange was a scam.

Easy to get to and had a pool open till 11 pm. Pool could have been a little cleaner.

I came to Colorado Springs for a training and we were given a couple of choices for hotels to stay at. I figured I would stay at Doubletree since the meeting was taking place there. The banquet staff was pleasant and the food was good. The staff tried to go out of their way to meet any requests we had. My room was larger than other hotels I stay at and clean! The meetings were easy to find, which was nice. I think I made a great choice.

visited the Cheyenne Mtn Zoo and Will Rogers Shrine near by. Also close to downtown. Staff was friendly and accomodating. shuttle dropped us off downtown for dinner.

We loved the warm chocolate chip cookies! It's a shame we only received 1 each! We truly enjoyed our trip. We hope to return. There are so many places to go and visit. You really need a good week or more!

Great fitness room, new equipment and clean. No desk to work at.

It is always nice to get cookies at check in! The staff at the front desk was very helpful. They offered to get us directions to the local attractions in the city and even offered to take us. Our kids enjoyed the swimming in the pool and I was able to do my workout in the fitness room, whch was very nice. The equipment looks new and they even have t.v.'s on every workout machine! Hope to come back soon!

Stayed here 1 night & will not go back again. The shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up from airport. Staff was extremely rude. The rooms were a good size but furniture was outdated. There was mold in the room ceiling. Broken bath drain. There was water damage on much of the hall carpeting throughout hotel. Menu was limited. Pool was a good size but pool area was dirty. Expected so much more from a Hilton hotel.

First arriving the room was clean, we stayed for 3 nights. Housekeeping would come and make the beds but that was it, they didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom. They even pooled the dirty towel that is used to step on after taking a shower, out of the stack of dirty towels and put it back on the tub to use. The first night I thought this cant be, but the 2nd night they did the same thing. All 3 nights they stuck the dirty towel back on the tub to use. The bathroom was never moped. I've stayed in cheap hotels that at least change out the towels and mop. I do not recommend this hotel.
