Date of Stay: July, 2009

The location was okay except the ambulances kept us up at night as there's a large hospital across the street. The parking garage is a long way from the lobby elevators. The beds were comfy and the coffee good. Other than that, the rooms are outdated and had no fridge. We only got 1 towel each and the balcony was a joke......a tiny cement pad without even a plastic chair isn't a balcony!!! I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

This was a great hotel, I would honestly say it is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were clean and roomy. The bed could not have been more comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Shuttle bus driver took 35 minutes to pick me up from airport - hotel is only 15minutes away. Arrived at 4pm; room wasn't ready for 30more minutes, even though check in time is 3pm. If I am expected to arrive and check in in/by 3pm, then a room should be ready for me. Other guests behind me got into a room right away/immediately. Bartender seemed EXTREMELY unhappy to be working there. Bar manager (I guess that's what he was) had no idea where to obtain a book of matches. No help with carrying my luggage by bellman. I called the operator of the hotel several times for various reasons; was asked 'how may I direct your call?' Told operator to direct me, please, to the 'bellman' or 'shuttle service', etc.. the operator responded with 'what is it that you need?' (Sometimes, seemingly said with an attitude of annoyance.) The phones in the room rang with a loud, obnoxious, 'could wake the dead' type of ring. I almost fell out of bed once. I thought the fire alarm went off or something. The staff was less than concerned about my needs and concerns; very uninterested in customer service, extremely poor attitudes for this type of hotel. I can get that kind of service at a Motel 6! Garbage strewn in the bushes, no one interested in keeping/maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel appropriately. Garbage been at the entrance of the hotel was overflowing!

Exactly what we expected from a Doubletree Hotel. We were able to book this great hotel for less than lesser hotels in the area. We would stay there again without hesitation.

This hotel is in a beautiful upscale office park, and sits far enough off of the busy street that it is quiet and peaceful. Behind the hotel is a park with a creek and walking trail, and because it is shielded from the street by the hotel itself, this area is incredibly quiet. The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff was helpful and professional. I will absolutely choose this hotel for my next stay in Tulsa.

I liked the fact that there was a disturbance with another guest security came fast. I really liked the fact they had a parking garage for my vehicle. This was a great hotel. A wedding party got a little drunk and out of control but once security came everything got a lot quieter.

Indoor pool was great. New Years eve dinner was very pricey and we went elsewhere, we received contradictory info that we could order of of regular menu. Breakfast next day was great. Pipes though were knocking all night on walls.

Location was great, room was terrific, staff was friendly and courteous. Not a thing. Reserving a hotel of this quality through Priceline.comexceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel was excellent, the room was well decorated, comfortable and there was covered parking. All around an A+ experience at an unbelievable price.

We were greeted the minute we walked through the front doors, recieved hot cookies at check-in. The lobby was beautiful, also the rooms were great! Out our window we looked over a hill with trees and a small stream, sure could not tell you were in the middle of Tulsa. Buffet breakfast was also beautiful, great scenery in the Duck Club Restaurant.Would recommend!

The Doubletree in Tulsa was awash in colorful fall leaves! The building is elegant and yet inviting. We found our corner room to be like an escape away from the ordinary. The staff was polite, friendly and efficient. I liked the big picture windows looking out on the manicured lawn and georgeous trees. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable. I liked the see-through shower curtain in the bath. Shopping was only a short drive away as were varied restaurants. If we had been able to stay a couple of days, I definitely would have utilized the walking/joggig trail out back. Also, a friend recommended the downstairs inclosed pool as one not to miss.

Very nice room! Room was not ready at check in time, waited one hour. Nice hotel, extra charge for internet these days is ridiculous. Pool was OK. Room was an hour late at being ready for us to check in. Beds were comfortable.

Upon check- in we were welcomed by the staff. Check in was very simple, decor was beautiful. The hotel is located right in Tulsa but sits back in woods and from our room you could not tell you were in the middle of town. Had buffet breakfast, wonderful.Hotel very quiet. Walking track and stream ran through property.Would recommend to others.

This is my favorite Hotel in Tulsa,it has a wonderful nature trial in back of the hotel which was very relaxing,and the hotel and the staff were wonderful,the last time I stayed here is when I brought my Mother and my Stepfather for a aniversary weekend ,it was great then,the room was beautitful,and the room was very convenite aranged

This was our fifth time to stay at this hotel. We continue to be most pleased with all aspects of the service we received. The staff remain very attentive and our room was clean and well serviced each day. We plan to return to the same hotel in the future.

Nice pool, steam room. Manager and front desk staff are not friendly at all. Not going back to this place. In general, the hotel staff, even the upper level managers don't seem to care about guests.
