Its what I expected for the rating and price. The room and bed appeared to be extra clean; however there were hairs on all over the bathroom floor, toilet and sink. The bar had great food and service. The pool was quiet and nice. Worth every bit of 80-90 bucks for three nights. Just put a towel down on the floor and wipe out the sink/toilet.

Nice room on the river andnice view. This hotel was very close to the freeway but once your in your room you wouldn't even know. The room was very quiet and the view was a lovely river. It was very safe too, you cant even enter the hotel with out a room key. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the internet was free.

Rooms were dirty, not cleaned properly. Other guests were disruptive, kids running through the hallways and up and down stairs. Security was lax, secure doors were left open or didn't close properly. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Restaurant service was slow. Restaurant and lobby were difficult to get to from the room.

We stayed there on our way there room was very nice my wife booked it and I was able to receive Hilton rewards points. I booked return on Orbitz when we arrived I was told rewards don`t count when booking thru you. Also the room we received was not very clean shower stall, window ledges carpet dirty we told them at front desk they said they will report it thats all. When my wife booked she booked direct for the same rate and we received better room and location seems better to book direct.

Fantastic location and great beds. The toilet was filthy under the rim. And was old besides. I stayed here two weeks ago and loved it. This time was not quite as good. The front desk was not as friendly, and the toilet was dirty. It's a great location, though - and I'd stay here again. The beds are excellent.

I stayed based on advice from a colleague and paid in advance to get the best rate. I asked to upgrade at my expense but was told that was a "lot of trouble". They sent me to a far off building with no view in spite of a practically empty parking lot. Room was ugly and I couldn't find a light switch. Big room, nice bed, nice tub but extremely shabby (gross) carpet. Sink backed up and I can't describe the sewage that came up. They put a large group of girls on my hall so I spent several nights hearing slam, giggle, slam even though there was plenty of availability so they could have put them in their own building. Room service was predictably bad and high priced. Got bitten by little flying bugs (gnats?) one night. Housekeeping was inconsistent - fairly clean but not very tidy. Took me a few days to figure out the thermostat so I didn't freeze or cook. Not sure why, but I did not get 1 night of good sleep though I travel lots and usually sleep soundly after the first night. On the plus side, the back was gorgeous! You'd NEVER guess it from my area, but there was a beautiful garden view of the river with access to the walkway. Much of the staff was very friendly if not incredibly competent or helpful at times.

I stayed there last week and it was very nice experiance. Decided to try again this time, they upcharged me $10 saying that I had booked a standard room when the Orbitz discription said Garden veiw. When I told the front desk manager, she said well last week you must have been upgraded for free, i said then why didnt they tell me this. How many times have you ever gotten an upgrade for free and they didn't tell you. So that you would sing their praises to you freinds and familys. Whem i told them that there were 100's of options in the Boise area to stay and that i wouldn't return the front desk manager didnt even offer any comment!

Staff! Friendly and helpful. Big room, conference rooms perfect but chilly. The only negative experience was not having an outside line in the business center that blows. Istayed at this hotel during a conference held at the motel (first time).I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and friendly demeanor of the staff for the price,I would sayI got a huge bargain.

Nice facitlty, great location on a river but strictly buiness clientel only. Check in is 3 pm and we checked in at 4:30 pm. Our "confirmed" river view room was already " given away" according to Day Shift Manger and since she wasn't " a miracle woker" nothing could be done. Since we made the mistake of paying in advance we had to take a normal room at the perferred room price or " find another place of our liking". So much for customer service . Would avoid for any family events or vacations.

The location is quiet, right on the Boise River, convenient to 84 and Boise city center. The room was quiet, and spacious, the king sized bed extremely comfortable.

While the front desk service was fine and the lobby was very nice, the rooms are completely in need of remodeling. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were given a suite which was nice of them, but wait. The suite was claustrophobic with only one small window, the wallpaper was peeling, the Jacuzzi had stains and scrapes, the bathroom floor was riddled with cigarette burns, the carpet was filthy, the refrigerator had mold and, well, you certainly would not put food in it. Final opinion: do not stay here until you are told that remodeling has happened. Oh, and don't let me forget to mention that garbage (beer cans, pizza cartons) from huge festivities (frat parties?) was literally falling our of trash cans outside outside the hotel.

Great room, amazing staff, and beautiful lobby. Warm cookies at checkin are a nice touch. The pool could be open a little later.

It was conveniently located and had nice andlarge rooms. The outside door stuck when opening from the outside. This was an overall good hotel. It is a bit older and some things could be fixed or replaced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a very good value.

I was stunned when we arrived at this Double tree hotel. We paid over * for a double queen riverside. we were given a smoking suite. the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the couches are stained and ripped up with the springs stickiing out. decor is dirty and moldy. For the second time only in my life we refused to stay in a room in a hotel, and we travel for a livng! stay away from this place!

Nice, open and professional. Long hallways and can be confusing. Good hotel and we loved the chocolate chip cookies.

This is a very large hotel, not new but in the process of being remodeled and very clean. The staff is excellent beginning with delicious cookies. The two bathroom areas is helpful for larger groups and the dual shower heads is an especially nice touch. The beds are super comfortable. All in all, a great experience.

Pool and spa. Spa not open 24/7. Short distance from down town. Good restaurants nearby. Nice size rooms.
