Comfortable beds, nice linens. I was put in smoking room,I am a non-smoker and they wouldn't change me without a fee. Overall, a nice hotel, free cookies, but should have accommodated me by switching me out of a non-smoking room without charging me.

This is definately a low end property for Doubletree. The online company put me in a smoking room, so I asked the desk if there was a nonsmoking room availalble. Yes, but there was a fee of $. When I checked out, I realized it was actually $ a night. Yikes.

This hotel is located near quite a few others in the downtown Dallas area. We called before arrival to make sure a late arrival was acceptable and we were told we could check in until midnight. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The room was not huge, but was sufficient for our stay. The hotel dining was very good; better than I have come to expect from hotel dining (it was even reasonably priced for hotel dining). The bed was EXCELLENT, very comfortable with lots of pillows and comfy sheets. The bathroom was a bit small but with nice hot water and good water pressure in the shower (and a nice adjustable shower head). The cookies we received upon arrival were very tasty. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay again. Don't believe all those super picky people out there. If you want a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price, this is a good choice.

Went to Dallas for possible relocation. The hotel was in a run down neighborhood. My car was broken into so we had to reloate to a new hotel. Very disappointed with Orbitz rating of 4.5 stars on the Dallas Doubletree on Market Center.

We were charge 150.00 extra for a wine spill , housekeeper claims we did. We do not even drink. Contacted our Discover Card of Utah they reverse charge and put it back on again!! We told manager we were there for the marathon , left at 5:55am and did not drink in that room but he insist his housekeeper is correct. I insist someone , housekeeper or someone else was in that room after we left and spilled what ever it was that housekeeper claims and is now making us pay. Will never stay at this or any other Hilton Family Hotels AGAIN!!!

My husband and I went for a family weekend get-away. We brought our 5 year old and 5 month old. The rooms were very clean, comfy beds, air conditioning worked perfectly, very nice. The pool was clean and refreshing, the hotel shuttle was pleasant and the staff was just superb! The breakfast buffet was amazing with a chef that will cook an omlet for you. From somewho who knew nothing about Dallas, this was right in the heart of the city, did not have to pay for parking, great place to stay. We'll be back!

I parked my rental car in the parking lot of the hotel over night. My car was close to the front door of the hotel, in a well lit area. My car windows were smashed out of my car and my rented gps unit was stolen out of the car. Apparently this happens often because the hotel manager called my hotel room to report the incident and said that is why there are warning signs all over the parking lot to take all of your belongings out of the car. I did not feel safe after that.

We had to be downtown that night and the location was great. The attendant at the counter was very rude. The location of this hotel is fantastic. The rooms weren't extra fancy but nicely arranged and comfortable. Most of the staff was very courteous and friendly outside from one employee who treated us like a red-headed step child. Although Hayworth was extremely rude, we would still recommend this hotel.

My husband and I traveled to Dallas for a Cowboys game. We were not familiar with the area and were unsure of where to stay. We chose the Doubletree because the cost wasn't too terribly high. We have experienced in past, paying high cost for hotels and not getting what you paid for. So we decided to not spend as much on accomodations and we were thoroughly impressed! The staff was courteous and friendly. Our check in and out was faster than any other hotel I've stayed. The room was larger than expected. The bathroom was gigantic compared to other places. The bed was comfortable and clean. They have a fitness room that we didn't use and an outdoor pool that looked great. It was not warm enough to use at the time we stayed. It looked as if it was taken care of, however. The location was great to visit downtown as well as travel to the stadium or the Galleria for shopping. Definitely need a rental car, however. We weren't prepared for how spread out Dallas is and was happy we made that choice. We'd definitely stay at this hotel again and consider Doubletree Hotels in other cities.

The Doubletree is an outstanding motel for the price. At less than $100 per night, it's a fanatastic find. I was given a corner room that had a small balcony and an incredible view of the Dallas skyline at night. The hotel and the room itself were very clean and very well maintained. For me, the bed is everything in a motel room and this was easily one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a motel in a long time. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The only problem I encountered during this trip, was that when I ordered room service, it wasn't clear if the gratuity was included in the bill already or if more was expected. The room service guide suggested that it was, but the bill had a line to add a gratuity. To be on the safe side, especially if the service is good, go ahead and give the server the tip you ordinarily would. To sum up, I would definitely stay at this motel again the next time I'm in the Dallas area.

The room was absolutely perfect, you could tell housekeeping had done a good job. Wish pool would have been indoor. Everything was comfortable and just right. The cookies were warm and delicious and made our kids feel special. We have stayed at Double Trees before but this was the best yet.

I had been driving for 12 hours doing a job relocation. At that point, I absolutely needed to have a good experience checking into the hotel. It was just what the doctor ordered, simple and quick. Before they sent me on my way, they gave me a warm, complimentary cookie which hit the spot. The room was first rate and had a great view of Dallas. The Sweet Dreams Bed is the type that puts you to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. For those who have experienced the Westin Heavenly Bed, I think the Doubletree Beds compete. I had dinner at the hotel's Terranova Cafe. If I had more energy, I would have walked to the nearby Capital Grille, but eating at the hotel was a nice convenience. I had the salmon with rice wrapped in a steamed pepper. It was delicious! I wasn't expecting such a great meal, which made it all the better. The location is convenient to I-30, which blends back into I-20. It made the hotel a good rest point for my travels. The Doubletree is a nice hotel to be using for overnight rest, but I was given such a good rate that I couldn't pass it up. My room had a balcony view of Dallas and a king-size bed. It was exactly the treat my body and mind needed to continue on my cross-country move.
