The double tree hotel has good amenities and very comfortable. The only downside, its not around things to do or eat.

Everything. No real bar area for drinks. This hotel was fantastic and the staff was awesome. The room service was prompt and great and hotel was very well taken care of and I loved the balconies. I would stay here over any place in the area hands down.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable. The price tag for internet connection/WIFI. This hotel is outstanding, with a feeling of upscale. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean, complimented by an ample supply of very cozy pillows.

We spent the Forth of July weekend there while visiting some relatives in the Chicago area. The hotel was very nice, very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negatives was that the pool water was too cold. We also had some trouble with the key cards letting us in the room. The desk clerk said it was because the card was being erased from close contact with other credit cards or a cell phone. Where else could you carry a key card to keep it away from these item. I had never experience this at any other hotel. But overall the stay was very pleasant. By the way a a GREAT fireworks show in Itasca could be seen from the hotel.

Really liked the excercise room. Seemed far from interstates. Very friendly staff. Received a warm cookie upon check-in. Comfortable room, with cordless phones being a benefit. Bathroom needs a little updating. Nice lounge and exercise room.

That is accomadated guests that smoke, tho a rooom was not available the front desk made sure we had a balcony to stip out onto. The desk is located right next to the heater/blower which was poorly arranaged.

I loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. I can't really think of anything. The staff was excellent they give you a cookie warm when you come in and check it. One of the best hotels.

Room was very nice with lots of pillows and a fluffy blanket. Not as clean as it should be. Was very disappointed that in the pool area they had alot of dead bees and worms laying all over and in the pool. Had to pick them out before my grandson could go swimming. The cable was not working either to order a movie.
