I really enjoyed my stay. the rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Pillows and sheets were of very good quality. For an Airport hotel night it is more than I expected. I could use it for a weekend or even longer stay.

I liked the location, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I had a hard time getting the air conditioner adjusted to the perfect temperature. This hotel is conveniently located close to IAH without all of the airport noise. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Stayed here one night June 4th, 2008. The entire staff was very friendly and always greeted with a smile. Breakfast is extra charge. My room however had no hot water, water leaked out of the bath tub and saw bugs on the bathroom floor and mosquitoes in the room. Notified the front desk on check-out and also mailed a written complaint to General Manager. Will never stay here again even if offered free. FYI, there are many better options around IAH.

Hotel staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean. Located conveniently next to the airport, with a free shuttle departing every 30 minutes. Shuttle drivers were also VERY nice.

Excellent location and great hotel chain of Doubletree. Nothing. Excellent hotel particularly near to CS exam center which is about 4 miles from the hotel friendly front desk staff who let me check in 3 hours earlier, overall excellent and a great hotel.

Attractive room and convenient location. Shower water pressure poor and mildew growing in shower. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our room was attractive and comfortable. However, the shower in the room barely had water pressure and made washing my hair extremely difficult. There was also pink mildew growing on the tile in the shower. Overall, the hotel was average.

Comfotable bed. Main dining area closed. Good location for an early flight our of IAH. Comfortable rooms, and a nice sports bar with many TV's.

Great location, nice beds and great LCDTV with lots of channels. I can't think of anything. Everything was great. This was an unexpected great hotel experience. The location is great right next to IAH airport. There is a couple of fast food places that were attached to the parking lot. The hotel is extremely quiet. I don't think I saw one person in 2 days after check in. Multiple exits allow for quiet, quick and easy access to and from the car. Loved the bed and the LCDTV with tons of channels. I hope to stay there again while visiting Houston.

The rooms were big, the towels were thick. We were very disappointed that the spa (and the pool) were not available to use. That is the one thing we were looking forward to using while there. It was closed for renovation.

Friendly staff. It was great! I was extremely impressed with the staff. You could not have had better employees. I work in a front desk situation at the YMCA of the Rockies (can sleep over 4,000 a night & does) and front desk personalities are a must. You've got a great front desk.

Was able to accommodate me even at 2 a.m. Many shared facilities were under construction. The room I was given was actually a conference center, with a bedroom attached. Awkward. At least the staff given the early hour - was pretty affable and helpful.

Nice big room. Great bed. Very comfortable. Being next to the Houston Airport I was pleased with not hearing the big jumbos take off. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good place to stay by the airport.
