I pay $159.00 for the VIP rooms but I think that they give me regular room because my room was so small and I had two kids with me we was not able to walk around the room the I had being at other hotels and the room are bigger, the pool there was no clean towel so we had to go to the room dripping water all over the place, the water in the pool was so cold that I had to stay in the hot tub instead of the pool. and there was a group of kids tearing down the entire pool area. The best thing that I like is when I check in the person on the front desk was very help full and friendly, also the staff at the restaurant was nice and friendly. If I had to go back I will do it but if I had another choice I think I will go to another hotel just because I will need a room with more space for my kids. but overall I love the fact that is was quiet, no noise at all.

The room was very nice with all the amenities and the pool was awesome. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in! Not too close to the location we desired. From check-in to check-out we had efficient, but friendly service (including a quick response our request for more towels), a clean comfortable room, and a relaxing stay.

Room was nice, bed comfortable, sushi restaurant good. WiFi didn't work for me, did work for my friend. The hotel is clean, the staff was incredibly attentive and polite.

Decent indoor pool and fitness center for free. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hallway wasnoisy, could be heard inside room. This hotel has very friendly staff. The indoor pool and fitness center were free of charge and clean but a little small. They gave us complimentary breakfast on the 14th floor which was great!

Convenient location to NYC, nice pool, fitness room, restaurant, helpful, friendly staff, warm cookies at check-in was a nice touch. Would have liked a larger room. Large number of professional and friendly staff visible and ready to assist at all times. Welcoming lobby and easy to use, well maintained and spacious facilities.

Room proximity to stairwell where people smoked. A Hotel suited for business travelers. Location has no local restaraunts. The local road access is poor and congested.

Excellent staff, great location for NYC outings Location not so great when there is traffic during rush hours. The staff only wanted to please. We liked this hotel for its convenience to NYC. However, it is right off a major highway and when there is traffic (during rush hours), the location is no longer great.

The lobby staff was wonderful and it was very convenient for us. The restaurant staff was terrible. Nice hotel.

Friendly staff. No shaving mirror, too soft mattress, noises (wakeup calls) heard between rooms. Close to NYC, this hotel has a friendly staff eager to serve guests. Unfortunately, we heard neighboring rooms wake-up calls beginning at 4:30 a.m.

Very convenient to Manhattan. The room was a little small. If you want to have access to NY, this is a good place to stay. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is excellent. With a cot and port-a-crib, and a king bed the room was cramped, but otherwise it is very nice.

Staff friendly; internet, breakfast and evening snacks. During rush hour traffic, was a bit hard to get to. The staff was outstanding at customer service. He was extremely proactive about customer service issues. Very nice rooms, ostrich leather chairs, comfy bedding, granite counters, and amazing views of Geo Wash Bridge over to NYC.

Fight came in early, they allowed me to check in before 3. The bathroom sink was slow draining. I stay here very often when traveling to NY. I love it

The staff provided me with excellent service. The best yet. Just that it was near a very busy street and there was nothing nearby to walk to. But were easy to get to in a vehicle. Hotel lobby was attractive. Staff treated me well. Each guest is provided with a very delicious, warm chocolate chip cookie. The cookie went well with the coffee and tea provided in the room. The room was a perfect size for my brother and I. Beds were very comfortable and there were a lot of pillows on each bed. They were very soft and made the night very relaxing. The customer service was top notch, very polite and made sure all needs were met. Best customer service I'd ever experienced in a hotel.

They had big warm cookies free at check-in and the beds. Rroom service tray leftover from previous patron was in front of room when we checked in through midnight. The accommodation was average for a 3 star hotel, the rooms seemed to be recently renovated but much worn ceiling and walls were still visible. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were strong and the thermostat worked very well.

The location suited me, the food was good. The maid didn't leave extra towels as requested. The hotel is comfortable, clean, reasonable pricing, the food at the restaurant was better than most.
