I had business the first day I was there. It was two blocks from the hotel so I did not have to move my vehicle in order to get there. Parking rates are extremely high and for a city where you have to have a vehicle to get around, I think it's exorbitant. I was disappointed to have to negotiate for a king size bedroom when I had reserved it the day before and had been given assurances from the web site customer service rep that they had spoken to someone from the hotel reservations and I would have no problem when checking in. I had to settle for a room near the vending machine/ice machine and the noise was over the top. I also did not like being told that I could not use wireless in my room at no charge when indeed I could. I purchased the high speed internet connection at $10 a day which was unnecessary. I was told you could only use wireless in certain parts of he hotel at no cost, which was totally misleading.

The convenience to everything we were doing while in Nashville. We didn't have a problem with anything. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Hotel staff was excellent and most friendly. Room was clean. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The Doubletree is in a fantastic location to take in the sites and activities of downtown Nashville. The staff is helpfull and friendly and the rooms are somewhat small but very nice. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and have good layouts. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for families!! Walking distance to events in downtown Nashville. Room was extremely nice, very comfortable bed. Starbucks in lobby was nice ammenity. Pool was great for the kids, and the workout facility was better than expected.... even had free weights! Room Service was excellent and very fast! We went to an event at the Municipal Auditorium and we able to walk there in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a nice part of downtown even though not the closest to Broadway and its attractions. The staff is very friendly, prices are attractive and rooms are clean. Good choice.

We came to Nashville on a girls weekend. The hotel was clean,some renovations,but didn't mind.The staff were very friendly and the walk to Broadway was a hop skip and a jump. Great for those who come to party. It's downhill going to broadway and all uphill coming back.I would reccommend a taxi. Also right down the street from Printers alley! Great time. Wish it were a little less expensive,but will def be booking to stay again.. Also Valet was great!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were large. Within walking distance of 2nd Avenue. The only negative was the maids vacuuming the hallway at 730 in the morning. Very annoying after a night out in Nashville.

Driver of shuttle bus went out of way to help us when rest of hotel staff did not. Very rude desk manager that did not want to fix their mistake. Dated hotel requiring difficult downhill/uphill walking to restaurants/events.Walking into entrance met by steps up to lobby with no signage there's an elevator. Traveling with elderly father, this was not a good experience.

hello from Ireland, Hotel was great,but costly! very clean and great beds! pool is sufficent and gym is great..noproblem getting room service and location is good,but NOT for night dining in area of hotel! you can eat at the hotel but it is expensive if youre on a budget.

I was there to see the city for just a night and the hotel was great. The tv or fridge, however, did this loud clicking thing that kept waking me up. All good other than that.

The room and hotel were very clean and the staff was very friendly. This location is very convenient to downtown, walking distance to most everything. The rooms are large and clean with flat screen TV and internet service. Room service was reasonably priced and the food was excellent. We will stay here on our next visit to Nashville.

What a wonderful way to start your stay. Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies. Everything about this hotel is great. The location to all things downtown is wonderful but I must warn you August was really hot. If you walk downtown it's not so bad but coming back to the hotel it is all uphill and you may think about a taxi.

Friendly efficient staff. Room lighting. Wonderful experience. Only downside, room needed brighter lighting and vent/fan in bathroom, otherwise very clean, fresh. Staff was wonderful, efficient, very friendly. Will recommend to friends and family and will definitely use Doubletree again. Thank you.

I stayed for six days and went to the cfa fest. the location of this hotel is awesome. The rooms were very clean and the starbucks in the lobby is very good.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great location. There was some construction outside my room in the morning. The hotel is in a great location from all major attractions, restaurants, and night life. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, suggesting different locations around town. Room was very clean and comfortable for my friend and myself.

location was ok, please be aware that the person booking threw orbits must have a credit card with their name on it in order to check in at this hotel. and the hotel does not provide free parking unless you find a parking spot on the street. but only saturday and sunday is it free to park on the street. to me this hotel is alittle over rated for the price.the restroom to the room had a very bad smell to it.

Close to the venue we saw concert at. The hotel was clean, updated, and within walking distance of the event we attended. Nothing but high marks for the hotel & it's location.
