This location is perfect for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or the Warehouse District. It has a great view of the water from the parking deck, or some of the rooms. Plus, their shuttle will take you anywhere within a reasonable distance you need to go. They also give great recommendations for restaurants. The only complaints I have are the typical noise from hallways and next door, and the room could have been more cleaner.

FreeWIFI and comfy beds. Great for business traveler. Very clean. Great workout room.

We stayed downtown for my boyfriends birthday. The room was beautiful! Big comfortable bed, big flat screen tv, very spacious. Hotel bar was nice, lounge area with pool tables very nice. Hotel is within walking distance to Cleveland's main attractions, and a short distance from the bars. Parking garage is pricey but safe parking in Cleveland can't be beaten. Great hotel at a great price!!

This was a stop before we boarded a late train departure. The room was very clean, but a family re-union made for a noisy facility. At check-out time, only one staff was available to answer phone calls (which he continually did) and conduct administration activities, which made it difficult to check-out and obtain a receipt.

Free cookies, room was nicely decorated. My room was a little small. It was clean, nicely decorated, they give you free cookies, it's close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Parking was expensive.

We went to Cleveland to visit the Rock & Roll HOF and a Cleveland Cav's basketball game. The hotel is a nice short walk from the Rock & Roll HOF; we needed to drive the 6-7 blocks to the Cavs game. The hotel was very nice and clean; not much immediately around it in terms of restaurants as it is in the business district of Cleveland (at the very edge). The pool was very nice; very large with comfortable water temperature, and the hot tub was comfortable. The hotel was renovating a couple of floors, so one of the elevators was out of service... not a big deal as there are four.

It was a pleasent stay but,I was not maded aware of the parking charge of $16.00 per day. That was a additional charge until I got to Hotel. I waa disapointed with the fact that the PC's were slow and the printer was not working.I ended up spending more for parking. I also ended up spending more money on checking my bag and my husbands bag. I feel it should have been incorprated in the price. Also I was not able to apply my hilton honors to obtain points. The hotel states because I whent thru a third party that maded it uneligable. And as to the car rental I was charged and additional $254.00 dollards to upgraded the car to accommdate my husbands size. In all we spent and addiltional $426.00 dollars more than I haven't planned on. [...] Thanks Ada Concepcion-Bauer

The rooms were newly remodeled, very nice. The check-in area is very small and gets crowded easily. This was a great hotel to stay in, within walking distance of progressive field and right next to the rock and roll hall of fame. The rooms were great and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. And the cookies they give you when you check in are delicious.

This hotel is average looking both outside and in the public areas, however the rooms make up for that. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and the beds are firm and ready to be slept in! The large swimming pool and hot tub was a great bonus but the temperature of the water should have been warmer by a few degrees. Overall, a nice hotel and will definitely stay again a 3rd time.

This hotel was in a great location. Near the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Science Museum, also near the Cleveland Browns stadium. We were there for the Dew Tour and it was within walking distance. The hotel staff was great. The shuttle bus drivers were also very good. The pool area was in the process of being refurbished and was not all that great but the imporvements they were working not will look be worth it.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to The R&R Hall of Fame. It is not well marked from the exterior and we drove by it several times before we found the lobby entrance. The room was nice, clean, and the bed comfy. The free shuttle service to the Hard Rock Cafe was nice. Parking was expensive. There was no comp coffee which I think for 4Star hotel should be standard.

Basic hotel with a great location for the Browns stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or the Science Center. Hotel had a breakfast buffet, but it wasn't advertised anywhere. Nice pool, whirlpool was not working the night we were there.

Attractive hotel and room. Beds were comfortable. Rooms a bit small but fit two people. Overall great experience, only downside is the location from downtown, walk is a couple blocks.

The hotel staff was friendly. It was in a great location. A better hotel than the one I booked for Canton. Would definitly stay there again. Had a bus transit to drop off and pick us up in downtown spots. The food at the hotel was pricey and the breakfast was not that great. But probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in!
