Hotel was directly across from NE Medical Center and steps away from the T stop. The room my son and I were given was directly acroos from the Medical Center and a busy, loud road. Getting to our room felt like a maze, as we had to go down hallway after hallway. I felt like this part of the hotel hadn't been used in a long time. We never heard any other guests around us. The bathroom needs some overall improvements as the shower stall was dirty and the shower head was clogged and felt more like a water pick than a comforting shower. We stayed here as we went to an evening Red Sox game and I didn't want to make to 2 hour drive home that late at night. For a one night stay, I thin that the price was a bit high but the location was great and it was very easy to navigate the T system. The warm cookie when you check in would have been even sweeter if it came with a glass of cold milk, or was brought to your room within 30 minutes of checking in.

The hotel was in a great location. We walked to Boston Common, down Comm Ave, and to the Prudential Center. It's right near a stop on the T which was really convenient. Only about a ten dollar cab ride to the North End. It's a good place to stay if you need a base to sleep and shower.

Loved the free cookie ! Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. Parking was $36.00, but you can come and go for 36 hours . Parking in Boston cost us $30.00 for 5 hours, so $36.00 was a deal!

Good hotel for the cost. it is close to CHinatown, the theather district and the orange subway line. The beds are one of the most comfortable i have used in any level of hotel.

I found the entire staff friendly and helpful. I wish that the room had a chair or seat besides the desk chair.

I enjoyed the hotel. It is in Chinatown, but very close to theater dist. The room and overall appearance of the hotel was much better than expected. I would recommend this hotel. It lacks the fanciness of a 4 star hotel, but it is quite, clean, and the staff was nice.

Cookies at check in and the king size bed. No cot in room as of midnight after being told it would be there two times. Check in went smoothly but there were no rooms with two double beds available so we requested a cot that was promised to us. Went out for lunch, came back, and the cot was not in our room. Reminded front desk about the cot and was assured that the cot would be there soon. Went out for the evening at 4:00 and returned at 11:00 still with no cot. After calling down and visiting the front desk we were told that there were no available cots. Front desk employee said he could lay down towels, blankets, and pillows on the dirty floor for the 12 year old in the room. After some "discussing" the employee said that there was one broken cot left and finally offered it to us which we accepted hoping the mattress was sleep-able. At 12:00 midnight an unbroken and fully functional cot arrived in our room to our delight and at the same time our complete frustration. Why did this have to be such an issue. They seem to treat Priceline costumers as second class citizens. The nighttime front desk employee kept mentioning that we booked on Priceline so apparently we weren't real customers.

Pleasant hostess checked us in and gave us hot chocolate chip cookies. Tasty. Good location, within walking distance to many fine restaurants or theaters. Try Maggianos for a fine Italian dinner. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was most times computers were busy in use by other guests. They could use more than 3 computers for their guests. Eventually I got to use it though. Very good value.

Our room was quite small and without frills but it was very helpful to have a place to rest and regroup between activities with friends. We had easy access to the T and the room was clean.

Allowed us to check in at 10 am. Convenient to subway, resturants and theater district. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, YMCA pool next door, BUT floor in fifth floor room squeaked and popped like bubble wrap when we walked on it. Woke up children everytime we walked to bathroom. Loved Boston!!

This hotel is so close to everything. We did not have a car and it was not a problem. Staff very nice. Restaurant expensive and not really that good but who cares tons of restaurants near by.

We asked for a cot for a 3d person. We never got the cot and my bro had to sleep on the floor on top of pillows. All that for $330.00.
