The receptionist could not find my reservation at first, but eventually she did. I gues she just did not look carefully enough. Overall experience was very pleasant.

booked business meeting at hotel. Had to be moved several times due to no ac in rooms were working. Bartender horrible thinks he owns the bar very rude to new guest only takes care of regulars. Meeitng space hot and my contact left had to deal with new person who was rude and wanted me to pick food that worked for her. Spoke to management and he did not care told me to get over myself. Will never use this proprety again.

I went to a festival while in the area and had expected something great from the Radisson. The staff was unfriendly,( I was not even told check out time) there was not fitness center on property (it is across the highway and closes at 8 pm). There was no complimentary breakfast- not even coffee in the lobby. The bar and cafe in the hotel also close early. I was quite disappointed overall. Apparently you do not get treated well if you book this hotel through a travel site- only free breakfsat if you are a "corporate traveler".

Nice elevators. The trim in the bathroom made the place look old. The carpet seemed a bit low rate. Older hotel with nice elevators. The lobby looked elegant, more so than the rooms. The pictures of the room and what you see when you enter the room is deceiving because the drape extends the width of the room but then when you go to open the drape you see the window is about 2 1/2 feet wide instead of the width of the room. This was a little disappointing.

the red headed lady that checked us in was professional... but very cold and unwelcoming. the bell hop man was very nice. the rooms are ok. i would not stay here again unless i was short on cash.

Restaurant staff still needs improvement. Mainly understaffed. Frontline chef didn't show for up for breakfast. Backline chef cooked the buffet which was fine. The lobby is very nice as well as the rooms. High speed internet was really great. Very clean hotel.

Had a few problems. Internet would go down to frequently. Also the bed linens could use a better smell than the mineral/irony smell. I had to go out and buy freebreeze. Overall it was great. Also come to mind. There Long Island drinks are way to weak for what you pay. Nothing to keep me away. I would stay again.

Upon my arrival at this hotel, i was a bit dissapointed as the website pics make this hotel look very large when in fact, the hotel was much smaller. After a day/night at the hotel, i thought more positively about it as it was not a loud place. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis which was great. My questions regarding activities in the area were also answered by the hotel staff. It was a nice place to be at. I thought that the buffet was a bit pricey though and would not recommend spending that much as the rooms were already pricey.

Remodel was very nice. The toilet had a leak and flooded the bathroom. Other than the toilet leak the room was quite nice.

The customer service needs work, especially from the restaurtant/bar area. You made them feel as though you were putting them out by being there. Room services was very expensive for not so good value.

Ambience, hotel facilities. Thermostat didn't work, select number bed would not retain selected level of comfort. Generally speaking, the hotel impressed me with its attractive and spacious lobby complete with bar, large HD television, and comfortable furniture. Rooms were attractive but difficulty with bed and attaining a comfortable room temperature disappointed me. I was disappointed, too, that there was no complimentary breakfast of any kind, continental or otherwise. As to bed, we selected a number, but it changed during the night. Thermostat would not respond at all. Our night was hot and uncomfortable.

The hotel itself was adequate for our purposes. However, we were traveling with 4 young teens. We tried to eat at the restaurant for breakfast on Sunday morning and ordered from the menu. The waiter brought us items straight from the buffet which had been sitting out for a long time. The food was poor quality, expensive and we had to feed everyone again very quickly.

Loved the bed. Bathroom was very small. Sit on toilet and couldn't close door. Everything was perfect except the bathroom space. The curved shower curtain rod is nice in the tub, but when it causes the curtain to hang on the outside, water gets everywhere, and it makes the floor slippery. Also, it causes the bathroom space to be even smaller. I love space.

The beds and location. Nothing. Beds so comfortable and the location is excellent. We have always stayed here when we come to Dallas or Richardson. Nice hotel. Nothing really fancy but clean. That counts. Staff have always been helpfull.
