Close to starbucks and it's in the outlet mall.

I would come to this hotel again and again.Short distance from downtown, plenty of parking space. Inside is so elegance, nice work-out room and pool. Room is big, so comfortable. Can't find anything negative about it.

I live in the desert and sometimes work in downtown Los Angeles. This hotel is 15 minutes from the office. It is clean, very comfortable, and the staff is excellent. Plenty of free parking. The bar and restaurant is good, booze and food reasonably priced, the restaurant staff very attentive. Citadel shopping mall 3 minute walk away; good steakhouse a 5 minute drive and a above-average casino 5 minute drive. I've tried over 25 hotels in the area this past 8 months, and standardized on this one. Reasonable drinks and food, free parking, a staff that cares, things to do in the evening, comfortable rooms, short commute to work. Worth it at 159 a nite.

Comfortable and very reasonable. One restaurant and expensive. Staff is very nice. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Hotel was very good and would stay here again in a heart beat. First room the air cond. was not working so front desk transfered us to a new room. Front desk was always pleasent. Always said good morning and have a good day when we left and good night when we returned. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The only thing that we thought was odd was they vacuumed a lot. At night when we were in the lounge and in the morning at breakfast. Maybe they could wait until there are no people there or get a few floor sweeper.

The bedding is so comfortable I forget that I am not at home. We continue to return to the Doubletree because of the comfort and cleanliness.

Luxury in an industrial area andclose to downtown. Down comforter on bed was too warn; needed to ask for a blanket. We have stayed here twice, 11/08 and 5/09. We would return again when we were return to the area. Great lobby and intimate sitting space. Secluded patio and pool area. Comfortable and very quiet rooms.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very nice. The restaurant was over priced. The hotel was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was happy with this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

It was great to receive warm cookies for each person when we arrived. The clothes drawers were loose and they kept rolling open.

Staff very friendly. Housekeeping didn't leave new glasses 2 days. Aside from the unique location, this DoubleTree lived up (& even above) the reputation for the chain.

it was clean, people were friendly and helpful. The location was great if you are going shopping, the hotel was in the citadel outlet mall.

The location is great on the weekend with the shopping next door. Management did not take care of the noise problems. I called the desk five times to complain about the noisy occupants next door. The noise and banging continued all night until 4:00 am. The desk lied to me by saying they move the people next to us. In the morning the new people say they had not record of my complaint until I had them check my calls. We visit this place twice a month and they did not take care of us.

The only type of room they offered us (2 guests) was a full size bed. They said they couldn't give us a different room.
Date of Stay:

Easy access to freeway, right next to updated outlet mall. Noisy heater.

None. Unfrilendly service. Extra charge for everything: Crib, double bed, water andinternet service. Unfrilendly service. Extra charge for everything: Crib, 2 double bed, internet service and bad service. Noisy AC all the night.

Spacious room, good internet. Older tube TV. Okay hotel for business travelers in the city of Commerce near LA. Along a Casino strip so if you're in LA and into gambling it's nearby.

I liked that we could not hear the freeway and that it was a quiet floor. The hallways need refurbished and updating. The Double tree in Commerce is convenient to Downey, Norwalk, downtown L.A.and the Citadel Outlets (walking distance-has an excellent food court). It makes an excellent staging area. The fitness room, sauna, and locker facilities are excellent. However, the general area is industrial (of course) and it is near the casino.

I loved the location! The staff was above expectations! The room carpet was very soiled and made the room feel dirty. Parking was excellent. The hotel foyer and areas for guests to use were excellent.

Clean and comfortable. Everyone was polite. The lobby was beautiful. The exercise facility was like my gym at home with lots of equipment and a large locker room with showers.

The location, near my grandparents and the local outlet mall, was great. It's also just off the 5 freeway and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly, but I had to call 3x to get microwave and 2x to get roomed cleaned. Staff called at 10:00 pm to check on microwave. I had a much better experience the first time I stayed here. My parents had to call to get a TV remote and the toilet kept making noise - nothing was done about that. My brother and sister-in-law ate at the restaurant several times and the service was always slow, like they didn't have enough wait staff. The overall look of the hotel is very nice, the front desk staff is friendly, and the maid service excellent, but I'm not sure I'll stay again.
