I missed the convenience of a fridge (at no cost), a microwave and free wi-fi. Lessor hotels offer these things and I would have liked my stay more if those items were available.

Convenient to airport. Had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle and keycard didn't work. Got in late at night and the shuttle driver and desk blamed each other as to why I waited a lot longer than the five-ten minutes quoted.

I just wanted to note the location. When we made reservations, the map function was not working. We plugged the location into google maps, and it gave us the wrong location. Therefore, we were not aware this was not just near the airport. It is at the airport. You take the road to the airport and along with the 'rental cars this way' and 'parking that way' and 'Departing flights' signs there is a "Hotel' sign. However, the sound proofing was excellent. We never heard any planes taking off or landing, and the hotel was in excellent shape.

The hotel was fine for the one night that I was there, as I paid for two. Your service however, is sorely lacking. My flight was cancelled, I was stuck in Chicago and offered no help until my fourth phone call to your customer service, I was rescheduled on a flight the next day, and had to pay $250. for a hotel room in Chicago, at no time did anyone in your customer service advise me that I should check with the airline about accomodations. This was the first time I have traveled for business and was not aware of this.

The hotel was clean and the people were very nice. Needs more handicap parking at entrance other than main entrance. The hotel was great to stay at it was clean and the heat worked and so did the air. I would recommend anyone to come and stay and enjoy themselves. It was quit and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel has been totally redone and is first class. Flat screen t.v.'s in room. Sleep comfort bed. Workout area is nicer than some fitness clubs. Very clean and professional. Staff was courteous and very attentive to service. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN and have asked our company to have our next conference here instead of the Holiday Inn at the next exit.

We flew to Cincinnati to visit family and do some work on our home. The pool and whirlpool made it more relaxing. I like to gamble and the location was very close to Indiana Casinos. The hotel is right at the airport. There were very few folks staying there. Probably due to the state the country is in. I will get a cheaper room next time with free local calls and free internet. I never knew luxury meant they charge extra for everything. Lesson learned though. Pillows and beds nice but so are most cheap motels. Floor in bathroom appeared clean but there was hair on it pre to us using it. The toilet almost over flowed. They took care of that. The DSL wire was short and faulty. They did remove the charge. They gave us free 24 hour access to internet normally $10.95 per 24 hours, but we could only get on one time. They have wireless at the same price, but we had a hard time trying to connect to it. Room was very small but nice. Flat screen TV with a good selection of channels. No microwave or fridge. High price food. We did not try the room service or food.

Clean rooms. Lots of construction, difficult to get around the hotel. The hotel was under heavy construction when we were there. While we didn't hear any noises (Including the airport) it was difficult to get around the hotel, and the pool was down.

This hotel has received a great makeover. Cozy lobby with fireplace and library. Large rooms with large HD tv's. New fitness equipment and lap pool. Confortable Bistro. GREAT Club Lounge.

Location to the airport. Charge $6 per day for parking. Hotel was under renovation, so everything is dusty and dirty. I found out that the hotel is no longer a Radisson, but is now Sussex Hotel. When it was a Radisson, I was told that I could park and fly if I stay at the hotel. When I arrived, I found out that I could only get one day free parking and have to pay $6 per day for the rest of the time. The hotel staff was not very friendly; quite curt. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore.

I heard that this hotel had a full renovation done. Usually you hear that and you see lots of mistakes and material to cover up the old, but The Sheraton was Excellent! It was so perfect I was looking for mistakes. None found. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The Flat screen TVs were all High definition. The bed was great and the overall decor was an eye full.

This was a very nice hotel, and my wife I and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only 15 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo and Newport Aquarium, which were our main stops on our trip. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. There was nice desk, and large flat panel TV. Now the negatives: For being so close to the airport, and focused on business some of the prices for basic amenities were a little high. So many places have free wireless internet, not here ($9.95 for 24 hours). There isn't to many places to eat very close by, so we ate the first night at the hotel restaurant. Ouch! That hurt the pocket book, while the food we had was GREAT, but the prices were very high. The cheapest piece of meat was $30, for a very small steak. I would stay hear again, because it was extremely nice, and the staff was friendly.

Easy to find and close to the interstate. Undergoing construction. Hard to enter building our room was in. This hotel was under MAJOR reconstruction and should have been listed as a one star until construction was finished. Half of the lobby was boarded up with plywood. The pool and jacuzzi was closed due to the construction. The first room we were put in was very hot and the air conditioning was not working. The smoke alarm fell off the wall and did not have a battery in it. The date for last service on the alarm was 12/01. We were moved to another room and the Temperature was a little better but the Air conditioning still did not work. No windows in the room could be opened so no relief from the heat of the building. I looked at the smoke alarm in that second room and its last service date was in 2003. With no sprinklers in the rooms this could be very dangerous! I feel like this hotel should be downed to a one star until renovations are finished. The staff basically said there was nothing they could do there were no other rooms to move us to.

Quick check-in. The hotel was under major construction and the amenities were lacking. At this time, the Radisson is undergoing major renovation. While the rooms are clean, they are dated - thus the need for renovation. Due to the construction, the parking is a bit difficult - but free - and the lobby is unusable. The room was clean but the carpeting was a bit old and dirty - not comfortable to walk on. Overall, good for the amount I paid this stay.

I really liked the free high speed internet. The elevator was somewhat shabby. I stayed in this hotel a few months ago, and did not like it very much. This time I was in the tower and the room was better. The area where my room was last time has been gutted, and the rooms there will be replaced with two for every three.
