Perfect place to stay after you have shopped all day. Restaurant and bar right downstairs so you don't have to go anywhere else. Beds were comfy and room was not too hot or too cold.

I loved the modern feel of the room, and the plasma TV that rotates. The front doors do not automatically open making it difficult to uses the cart by yourself as the door would slam on the cart. Excellent bedding, room, even gave you a hot great cookie at check in! Tasted great with my latte. Good coffee and tea maker in the room.

Disappointed with the mold all over the bathtub. X at the desk very helpful with directions. Overall ok, would probably try another hotel in the area next time.

I had to pay extra for internet access and the prices at the restaurant and room service were way too high. The bathtub drain in my room was clogged with hair, etc. and did not drain properly. After filling out a comment card the drain was cleaned the next day. Also, the hotel was having a competition to see which employee could get the most comment cards filled out by guests. It got very annoying as anytime I had the slightest contact with an employee they asked me to fill out a comment card.

Neutrogena bath products. Quiet somewhat hidden away area. Anice comfortable hotel with comfortable beds, hidden away from the main street but close enough to restaurants and attractions.

We got a great deal on this hotel. The rooms were great and the bathrooms were really big compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The warm cookies at check in were wonderful and the shuttle to the Woodfield Mall was prompt and very courteous. The hotel staff was very friendly. We will stay agin!!

I've stayed at Double Tree Hotels before and this one was very basic, not a lot of extra frills. Locatation was good and hotel was quiet, but amenities were lacking.

We were absolutly thrilled with this hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful decor,good restaurant,fantastic room with awesome beds and decor. Very clean, and love those cookies when you check in.

Very clean and convenient location to city. Parking lot is small, limited spaces. Great hotel at a great price. 17 minutes from front door to downtown Chicago (minus traffic).

For the rate this hotel offers the amenities are very nice. However, the walls are so paper thin you can actually hear the conversations from the other rooms, even if you were to speak in a normal tone. One other issue I had is the fact that internet access is not free, which is something that most other facilities have.

We got our room at an excellent price. However, the bathtub had mold in it and was very outdated. The room itself was ok. When we asked for more pillows, we were told that they were out. There is a dance club nearby and played their music very loud until 2 a.m. The front desk said that they got several calls from guests that evening regarding the loud bass/music. They did, however, give us a free breakfast the next morning due to the noise.

"We were pleasantly surprised at the decor of the room. Did not have that 'humdrum hotel decor"". Large pillow shams, great sitting chair with extra decorative roll pillow, furniture deep polish cherry. Bathroom was also done well. Black granite countertop (extra high), nice framed mirror and lots of open shelves in the black cabinet. The webrate we got was excellent! It was almost like staying in Chicago area for Free! Will definitely be back again!"
