the room was clean and comfortable. Liked the sheets and pillows. Bathroom was roomy and updated. Could have been a little cleaner around baseboards of tub area. Staff was friendly. We did not eat there, so could not comment on restaurants. all in all, very nice and comfortable and clean. Attractive decor.

I liked the lobby a lot and that the rooms had digital AC. The beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling in Dallas because it is near a lot of wonderful places in Dallas. The people were nice and it was easy to check in and out. The rooms were nice but the beds are not the most comfortable.

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and very clean. There was a little remodeling going on at the front door, but all in all a pleasant experience.

The view was nice. Fresh cookies at arrival was a nice touch. Room service food was amazing! Had a little bit of an older odor to the room. This hotel was great. The customer service and amenities were really good. The room service and food was awesome.Itwas a great experience and would definitely recommend to others.

It was a nice hotel but my hotel room was very small because I think I had a queen. No chair to sit in other than the desk chair. Since I travel every week I find I like something other than my bed to sit on.

The rooms were great. The bed was very comfortable. I liked it very much. This is a great place to stay. Everyone was very nice. Everything was very neat and clean. The beds were so comfortable. There is a big mall across from the motel. I highly recommend it for a great stay.

"Spacious luxurious rooms with incredibly comfortable beds that have lots of plump pillows! One is even embroidered ""Sweet Dreams."" Large bathroom! Friendly helpful staff. Food . . not so good. "

Location, attractive decor, comfortable, fairly quiet room andwastebaskets had recycling bins, easy parking. CableTV channels were very limited. This is a clean and attractive hotel with comfortable public places and rooms. It is in a wonderful location with easy and trouble-free access to parking, and the rooms appear to have been updated in the last year or so. I would definitely stay here again.

The elevator was very fast. A plus since it was a multistory building. The room was small. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. It was extremely convenient for where I was going. It had ample parking.

Beautiful, clean, and large room with a good view and close hotel location to a major mall. Some members of the staff were unfriendly and the breakfast food in room service was poor. No continental breakfast, pool or free WiFi. A few members of the staff were rude, especially when we had to send the overpriced room service breakfast back to be redone because it was incorrect and of poor quality. The staff was very friendly upon checking in, though, and the room itself was perfectly clean and comfortable.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean, comfortable, restful bed, with soft down pillows that sink you into a restful sleep for your task ahead in the morning. Ample supply of towels and other amenities; bathroom area is spacious and clean. Clean hall-ways, elevators and Ice dispensers. Parking is abundant and free, providing that you do your own parking.

Ilike the business center, open 24 hours. Restaurant too expensive. No free breakfast. Very nice & clean. Safe area. Wish they had a continental breakfast.
