I went there for a wedding and found everything to be of decent quality and comfort, meeting expectations all around. The Careline was very helpful, from shopping advice to internet troubleshooting.

Checkin was a breeze and staff was extremely pleasant. I left my car there while traveling and the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

It was cheap. It is need of updating. The hotel was tired and in need of updating.

The Doubletree Burlington was just an all around good experience. The room itself was a little small, but on vacation, who spends much time in the hotel room? The room we got had a king-sized bed, a desk, and an armchair. The mirror and sink were separate from the bathroom, so I could get ready while my husband was in the bathroom. The hotel staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. On the days we didn't want housekeeping service, they hung extra towels on our door! There is also a restaurant in the hotel (Trader Duke's). It was good food, but a bit overpriced. The hotel is also near a Starbucks, Moe's, Burger King, and several other restaurants. However, it was not really within walking distance of downtown - a bus or car would be necessary.

"My room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Business travelers would love this place. A lot of nice features like a clock radio with a plug in for an I-Pod, inter net access through your TV, nice pool. Hallways need updating. Great value, recommended!!"

"I was really impressed with how dust-free the room was. I absolutely loved the bed. I'm considering purchasing one for my home. The location of this hotel is excellent and in close proximity of restaurants, shopping and touristy places. Although my room was a little worn, I would stay here again."

Extremely helpful staff. No complaints. Great staff, very helpful when trying to navigate the city or trying to find a tube of toothpaste. Facilities exceeding my expectations and spotless room. Would definitely stay there again.

"Exellent proximity to I-89, two miles to the airport. Rooms were great, able to shut off room for one to watch TV while the other slept after a long day. The downsides were pool is small, a long walk to the room and the restaurant decor was tired and service slow."

Swimming pool, hot tub. Busy location, problems with toilet. The lobby, stateroom & pool area were neat & clean. But the toilet in our room didn't flush, we were told it would be fixed right away. However, after being out for 2 hrs when we returned it was still not fixed. We had to call the front desk and ask again and we felt uncomfortable being in the room while the maintenance person was fixing it. I feel that the front desk staff didn't really care about our complaint and made no apologies for the inconvenience. They could have offered us a new room, a discount or a complimentary meal or something!

The accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. The heating/cooling system was not adjustable and the room was a bit too warm. We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very nicely appointed and the service was friendly and helpful.

The warm cookies at check-in. The breakfast buffet was not even near worth the $12.95. The room was comfortable and clean. The cookies at check-in were absolutely delicious. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here before and was happy but not this time. When I went to turn down the sheets it looked like they had not been changed from the night before. There were several crumbs between the sheets and I don't feel they were apologetic enough. The girl who came from housekeeping was tho. This should never have happened.
