We stay at Doubletree for the first class accomodations but the warm cookies at check in make it a step above the others. The hotel staff was very knowledgable about nearby restaurants and offered a free shuttle. The staff made us feel like family.

Very clean. The location was difficult to get to and the hotel staff did not know of how to get to prime local attractions.

Very conveniently located to mass transit, easy access to airport transportation; good restaurants of all sorts nearby. Bathroom fixtures were not well designed/maintained, but staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. No bellstaff to help with luggage.

Quite elegant , very well presented. I was dissapointed to have to pay to park , lack of complimentary breakfast. Very nice , would like to stay in it again.

Parking was $20.00 per day at a garage around the corner, the gym is not on the grounds it is up the street in another building, one day the hot tea was free-the next day it was $2.00, the hotel is off of the main street that it uses as it's address making it very difficult to find the hotel for an out-of-town person.

Outstanding staff, super comfortable bed. Have to walk to a fitness club to use a pool. The staff was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. I felt safe traveling/staying here with my three children. Excellent shopping and restaurants within walking distance. A little complicated/too much traffic in this heart of downtown hotel for me to do again but the comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff and safe location made it an excellent choice this trip.

The hotel was very conviently located in Buckhead, staff was very helpful, great atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy.

Great beds, pillows & towels! Bathroom toilet was not fully cleaned upon arrival. Nice hotel, staff was attentive, however we reported the toilet was not properly cleaned and took quite a while for someone to come up and clean it. Parking fees are excessive.

I attended a conference at the hotel and the room arrangement was too small to accomodate the group. Our meeting room was too small, cramped and uncomfortable. The hotel was fine and I would recommend that others stay there but be very careful if they are planning a group event.

The bathroom was spacious. Again my friends pistol was stolen from his truck. Other than the pistol being stolen the rest of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were well cleaned and cooled.

Desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. We notified them ahead of time we were celebrating our 10th anniversary - they gave us a better room than I would have expected, comped breakfast, and never mentioned our rate (which I bid at half the list).

Business center, and generous check-out time. Pool, and fitness across the street in another location.Parking extra. Upon opening the door to my room, I remarked, this is what I should be able to expect for the amount I paid Price line! Everything I needed was within easy reach, the front desk staff was quite helpful (remembered my room number, and the second time I approached the desk, remembered my name!) Very good experience.

The staff responded to any requests I may have had. I did not like their process of finding lost items. It was clean and the staff was courteous. Upon arrival and departure, the front desk staff acknowledged me and gave me complimentary freshed baked chocolate chip cookies as a gesture of thank you for staying at their hotel. I thought that was classy!

New and clean, beautifully decorated. All the add-on expenses- pricey parking, internet fees, etc. Completely satisfied with the hotel and the amenities. However, the extra add-on expenses were a bit outrageous. $28 to park my car for 24 hours, wireless internet costs almost $15. If I would have known about those expenses, I would have probably stayed somewhere else with free parking and free wireless internet.

Location, courteous shuttle service. Rooms wereunkempt, inadequately supplied, ineffective staff. Checked in late after a grueling workday; ordered room service, which arrived wrong and cold, signed for it without getting a copy of the check. Upon waking up realized there was no coffeemaker in my room. 30 minutes later my coffeemaker was being delivered to the room across the hall. At check out noticed the room service charge had been inflated, and the front desk couldn't show me an itemized check or resolve the issue.
