Date of Stay: June, 2009

We used to live in Westboro, MA and needed to pick up relatives near there to accompany us on a trip. So we stayed at this hotel as a one-night stopover before and then again after the trip since the drive to Logan Airport from Westboro is only about 45 minutes. The rooms were neat and very clean, the front desk employees were friendly and helpful, the indoor pool small but well maintained, staffed with a pleasant lifeguard and the breakfast buffet was decent enough. We had a quiet and restful night both nights we stayed there which is exactly what we were looking for. The location is very good if you are on business or visiting the area for sightseeing, since it is very near the junction of Route 495 and the Massachusetts Turnpike. Boston is only a 45 minute drive (without much traffic), Sturbridge is only 30 minutes away and Cape Cod is about an hour and a quarter drive from there.

The doubletree was a very nice hotel, with warm cookies to greet you on your arrival. However the directions/location of this place is ridiculous! There are no signs for the hotel along with very few street signs for direction. You wont even know you are close until you are there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, (well except for the asian lady that works graveyard). We stopped and had dinner and a drink at their bar and the food was excellent with huge servings. All in all I would definitely recommend and would stay there again

nice rooms,, got the same room as last year! nothing I didn't like Clean, friendly staff, quick no hassle check in and out. Delicious meals at the restaurant. This is the second time we have been booked at this hotel through Priceline. We changed to the same room that we had lasttime which was ground level room 155 near a side entrance that made is super easy to come and go without going through the lobby. Would definitely stay here again and again

The hotel was extremely clean and very nice. The room was definitely comfortable. The only complaint is that the water doesn't taste good at all and they charge 3.50 for bottled water.

The Doubletree in Westborough, MA is heavily utilized by business travelers, conventions and weekend weddings and parties. I have stayed at various times of the week and on the weekend. Due to the amount of traffic this hotel receives, one usually has a fair amount of noise to contend with in the evening and morning, and parking becomes an issue. The rooms are nicely appointed, but are dated, aside from the Doubletree beds, which newly installed. One plus is the staff, which I have always found to be friendly and helpful. I have held meetings at this hotel and have never had a problem with food, timing or delivery. The location is good, right off the highway, and at the current price point it is worth the stay.

The hotel was very spacious, and it felt like a resort. The room was especially comfortable and all the amenities were in top notch working order: the coffee maker, shower and bath, the T.V. etc. The beds were heavenly, totally outstanding. We arrived and checked-in with barely enough time to change and run off to a family event. And the following morning we showered, dressed and rushed off to the wedding. However, we got one of the best sleeps ever, the mattress and pillows were wonderful. In hindsight, we regret that we didn't stay another night. We could have used the added rest (it is a quiet hotel with some nice amnenties) and it would have enhanced our travel plans. This hotel is located in a business park about 35 min. west of Boston and I would consider staying here for a City visit the next time I'm up that way. The price and the comforts are outstanding and it offers a lovely retreat after a multi-day city visit.

I was very impressed with the hotel staff who was eager to help in any way. They were especially helpful in recommending places to eat/things to do in the area. My room was outstanding--most comfortable bed ever--wanted to take it home! Small, but functional business center. Overall, very quiet. We did see lots of families and business travelers alike, so it seems like a good choice overall.

This hotel met all of my needs while traveling for business. It was well located near the convention center, restaurants and the major highways. The room was clean and great size. My only complaint was that it was a handicap accessible room with an accessible shower. The shower had no door and when you ran the water it got all over the floor of the bathroom. I would like to have been told that I was getting an accessible room at check-in.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Perfect hotel for business. Nice restaurant and bar. A pleasure to stay here. Hotel is significantly nicer than the Marriott Courtyard up the road. Both are3 stars.

Clean, comfortable andquiet. Heat was off in the room, took a while to warm up. The hotel met all of my expectations, room was clean & comfortable. The heat was not turned on in the room when I arrived, it took a while for the room to warm up, that was the only issue, other than that, it was great.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I like the fact when I have a king bed the pillows are large I know it sounds silly but I hate when hotels give you small pillows. Also the beds were very comfortable. I also stayed at the Hilton Garden down the street I liked this hotel much better.
