The location downtown was very close to any sites to visit.

The phone didn't work and we were charged for phone calls that we couldn't make. The front desk did remove them after a short discussion. The staff was very polite and the hotel was conveniently located near the convention center. They did send a shuttle the airport for us and that was a great plus. I would stay there again.

Good hotel, lots of one way streets but to be expected in a downtown location. Easy to find. Cookies yummy. There were moths everywhere. May be just one of those things you get in Albuquerque? I needed another mirror outside of the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, great views of the Sandia Mountains.

When I checked in it took the blonde manager and her friend about 10 minutes to notice me. When I was finally checked in the room smelled and I called down to see if I could change, same lady answered the phone and told me I was "out of Luck" we are sold out. Funny - I hardly noticed anyone staying during my stay - and the parking lot was empty. (maybe that's because they charge 10) So I stayed in my stinky room, decided to go relax at the "pool" that is actually a steel tub, seems very dangerous, very small and obviously no one pays any attention to maintaining it. I found the staff generally uninterested in being there. Restaurant was like eating in a cafeteria - strange decor and uncomfortable steel chairs. Food was hideous, I was expecting the Famous New Mexico Chile I hear about - no authentic cuisine served here.

Great location. Checkin took longer than expected because it was staff shift change.

They give you warm cookies when you arrive, they are delish! You have to pay for parking, there is not free parking close by. Overall the hotel is nice. The two BIG down falls is that the swimming pool is very small and has not hot tub and that you have to pay for parking, they won't even waive the fee if you are a guest.

While we found the staff to be very friendly and the general ambience nice, the rooms were shabby for the and the restaraunt was horrible. At breakfast we were one of only two tables, yet our order took more than 30 minutes and was prepared incorrectly. Our complaint was largely ignored. Paying 10 for parking on top of the room fee was also a sore point. Not worth the money!

When we travel for work, we like to eat at the hotel restaurants at the end of the day to avoid unnecessary commutes. The restaurant at the Doubletree in Albuquerque was sort of, almost, okay (but not quite). The service was good, but the food quality and selection was certainly below average. The hotel was clean, comfortable, pleasant and worth the money, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Just avoid it if you care about the dining experience!

Restaurant food was not very good and very high priced.

From the moment I entered this hotel until the morning I left, the staff worked hard to please. I was there for one full week and every interaction with the hotel staff was the same - pleasant and professional. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The in-room services were great.

Concierge was very helpful. Asked for king bed, got 2 doubles. Elevator is horrible. We were looking for something for only one night, so the Doubletree was adequate for this purpose. Concierge was helpful in providing info on local attractions, location of convenience store, and quickly found us a corkscrew and 2 wine glasses. Room was OK though we did not get the king bed we were looking for (2 doubles). If we were staying longer we would have complained, but it sufficed for one night.

The warm cookie we received at check in. One elevator working. I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel was wonderful even though we didn't spend much time there.

The hotel room had comfortable beds and the rooms were quiet. You have to pay 10.00 for parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet.
