Greate experience at this hotel. Superb services, friendly staff anf nice large rooms. Particular, a gentleman at the front desk (his name is [...]) was extremely nice. Thanks [...] for helping us and for caring about our feeling, your thoughfullness is appreciated.

This hotel was clean and comfortable and there was an airport shuttle that picked me up and took me back to the airport. The hotel provided me with all the things I needed.

Looked clean and service was there. Needs renovation it looks old. Over all the hotel looks old and they try to give service but it looks the ownership dont like to spend the money it is big hotel and if they spend the money it could get to be 4.5 star.

Front desk was very friendly. Warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were highly appriciated. Room service was very good, we highly reccomend the quesadilla. Pool was lovely, great slides. Fittness room was awesome, very enjoyable. We were put off by the other two reviews and we almost didn't stay there, so we booked it for one night and as soon as we got there and realized how great the hotel was, we booked it for three more. We highly reccomend this hotel, great for the value that the travel website offers.

Front Desk Staff was rude, did not receive cookie upon check in as advertised, room reservations were mixed up, the room we stayed in needed maintenance; the fan in the bathroom did not work and neither did the tub stop, Bars and stores advertised online did not exist. For the price I expected luxury, but what I was barely comfortable. At one point we entered the lobby and it smelled like a chicken barn.

Since most of our trip was spent around the airport the location is fine.

Water slide. A little run down. Good value for the price.

Will not stay again. Horrible service. Called on three different occasions to inquire about same hotel room. Was given three different prices all within 3 days. Asked to speak with manager was telephone relayed from customer service to a bell boy to a receptionist. Was not taken seriously. If you want good service stay away from Doubletree. The hotel is the factory of hotel services. They process you and then they spit you out, no service provided.

the room was nice, and clean. The cleaning service was trying to come in the room at 9am, and she tried 2 more times before we even checked out. The hotel was excellent, my only dissatisfaction was that the cleaners kept bothering me in the morning, they should not try to come into a room when you are in there.

Well below expectations. We chose this hotel for the pool and whirlpool available. Whirlpool was not working and pool did not appear to have been properly cleaned in a long time. Front desk staff tried to charge for parking which was to be included in my package. Continental breakfast was also to be included and front desk staff claimed no knowledge of this. Very frustrating. Room was large but dingy. Stains on couch and carpet.

It wasclose to airport. Lied about the cost of parking. Told us that it was free (shuttle) then tried to charge me $175! For the week. Other than the parking fiasco the hotel was average.

The bed was very comfortable, the linens great. Check in was friendly. Our room was miles from the elevator, closer more convenient would have been appreciated. Hall was dirty not vacuumed. Parking lot was awkward. The Doubletree is the old Skyline hotel. 400+ rooms. The restaurants are not open all the time. The coffee shop is too large and cold. Parking was a nightmare as of the three entrances available only one was operational at the back of the hotel. Staff NOT very helpful. Our room was located with WestJet airlines crew and too far from the elevator in fact it couldn't have been much further away. Doors from other rooms were banging at very early hours in the morning, again I suspect flight crew leaving for the airport. The hall had debris on the carpet in the same place during our two day stay and room service trays were left in the hall from evening (early) to following morning (late) before they were picked up. Perhaps this location is well suited to conventions and meetings but I would not stay there again when I visit Toronto.

The cookie upon check in. Housekeeping stole a sweater that was left in the room. We phoned numerous times after realizing it was left behind but nothing was turned in. Many of the fellow occupants of hotel were drunk. It made for a very uncomfortable environment.

Friendly staff, cookies, good service andgreat bed. Great hotel, beds were fabulous, staff was exceptional, the waterslides were a ton of fun for me and my 10year old. I am a picky traveler especially when it comes to rooms and these met and exceeded my expectations.

It was comfortable, clean and convenient. Leaving the parking lot is always a problem. It is a perfect place for a business convention/conference. The rooms are reasonably priced and there are several amenities located in the complex. I look forward to staying there again next year.

Very clean and many things to do within the hotel.

Close to the airport. Parking and internet access fee.

Warm cookie at check-in; friendly staff; proximity to the airport and restaurants; cleaner surrounding and air quality than downtown locations. Temperature set too low at the conference facilities.
