loved the location.great price! continental breakfast did not include pancake for the kids, which was disappointing. bathrooms were small, hotel was overall warm in a hot 102 degreee weather during 4th of july weekend.

Nice building, friendly staff and good location. Rude management and charged $10 per day for internet fee.

I wasn't expecting the hotel to look as it did. we were greeted by the staff with cookies; however, the room was a little dirty for where I found trash from previous patrons, such as receipts, milk/juice caps, lotion, and there was hair all over the tub and also inside the ice bucket. the tub was clogged, the water won't go down fast, and the toilet was acting up, got clogged several times, and when you flush the toilet, it will stay pushed down and the water will flow non stop. I'd stay again but not in the same room. #323.

Hotel room was very nice and clean except for stains in the carpet. Service was good. I checked out the reviews before I booked my stay and some things are true. If you need to charge your phone and camera and computer you will have to be creative in looking for outlets. The walls are pretty thin, I was two rooms away from the elevator and I could hear the dinging when the elevator was called clearly. Don't plan on sleeping before 9:30 when the pool closes if there are any children staying at the hotel. Overall though I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again the next time I visit San Antonio. Also the cookie you get when checking in is very yummy.

I enjoyed the atrium. I have nothing to say negative.

The hotel was really nice and clean (fresh clean sheets and pillows). The front desk clerks were welcoming. The bar served good Margaritas too. The only downside is that the walls are pretty thin (I could hear the neighbors arguing/discussions).

Good experience, would have liked more counter space in the bathroom.

I really loved the complimentary cookie on check in. They were delicious. The people at the front desk were not always available. People waiting for assistance. Very clean. Nice parking lot and very close to most things.

Booked the hotel and flight to San Antonio together using online travel website . Flight was no problem, but when I got to the hotel, they put me in the cheapest room they had. I was on the first floor looking at the parking lot. The hallway by my door was noisy because it was next to the front lobby. The couple in the room next to me smoked constently which I smelled all the time, despite being in a non smoking room. This hotel has a beautiful courtyard that the hotel rooms surround in 5 or 6 floors, but I was stuck in an outside room on the first floor. I am not sure why I received such a dismal room. I am a Silver VIP Hilton HHonors member since 2000 and stay in many Hilton hotels. This time, the experience was really poor.

I was in town to conduct an audit. The location is very close to the airport and also has several dinning locations, shops and the mall in walking distance.

Location and access to San Antonio. Hot tub was filthy and did not work; room located across from service area & hotel staff was noisy late night. Not likely to return or recommend for anyone else.

For all the travelers that choose this hotel or any other hotel in area due to the proximity to the airport, it is less convinient to all ameneties than other area hotels. dont be fooled by the nice marble entrance , the rooms are very dated and could use some upgrading. shower was horrible and drains were plugged. remote didnt work. beds are very comfy and plenty of pillows. however our room was qutie a walk to get to with the way the courtyard is set up. everywhere you go is a drive, and very inconvenient to even get a good cup of joe closeby. for my money, i wish we had stayed downtown, very safe and every thing is within walking distance. and airport is less than 10min away. so if you just want a nights rest close to the airport, then go here for the $, not a bad place, just not a great place to land for 2 days or more when visting san antonio. staff is friendly enough, but lacked serious info for my needs.

Although the bed looked very inviting, the bed linens did not have that fresh scent you would expect. The 3rd floor hallway was not clear of trash and dirty dishes. Carpet in the room was not clean. Walking around in socks proved that. The courtyard area/pool area is a great place for taking pictures.

We stayed for 4 days/3 nights. Everything was going great until our last night there. Our truck was broken into. They punched in the key hole and stuck a screwdriver in the hole to open the door. They took just about everything we had in there. It was a good thing that I had taken down the cameras the night before. It was very upsetting. I would say it ruined our wonderful trip. With as much as we pay a night there, I believe that they can afford to hire a security guard. What a shame!

Excellent hotel...the room is very clean and very comfortable and the staff was really nice and helpful. They gave me a cookie upon checkin, which I thought was a bit odd, but turned out to be a really tasty cookie! :) The bed was very comfortable and the room felt like it was truly clean when I came in. The only trouble was that whenever a neighboring guest came in and out the slams of their doors woke me up...the walls are thin. Other than that, great experience.

Nice rooms, well maintained, good atmosphere. Had end handicapped room, hard to maneuver my scooter into room. Would return any time there. Lovely garden area around pool to relax. Large room with comfortable bed. Would recommend to friends. Nice coffee & tea, bedding, pillows, great TV. Excellent amenities in all aspects. Great value for price. Nice free parking with close access to secured entry. Excellent handicapped facilities.

Even though we were only an hour early they would not let us check in and wait to assign us our rooms. That made it inconvient for us. It would have been better if we could have gotten checked in and gone on about our business instead of having to come back to do that. The air conditioner didn't work very well. Two of our rooms were hot! and they didn't cool off all night.

The rooms were pleasant, the beds comfortable, and the inside courtyard view was nice. However, we had to ask for extra washcloths and only had a partial roll of toilet paper to use without any extra being on hand in case we ran out. Most other places we have stayed included a complimentary breakfast.

So great for the price. The beds were amazing, great staff and very upscale.
