Very attentive, very accommodating front desk staff. In-room air conditioner was very loud.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and each day was great. We felt welcomed and the staff was very polite and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Comfortable bed. Very small rooms and bathrooms. Outside of hotel looked run down and in need of some maintaining. The room was very small and you could barely turn around in the restroom. You could tell that the rooms had recently been renovated because the paint in the bathroom and the carpet had not been redone to match the rest of the room. This was not a 3 star hotel experience!

the rooms smell like a dead body is rotting under the bed. travel agency did nothing to help us. we were moved to a less smelly room that was much smaller. i paid for a larger room. i would never stay there again or use the travel website again. travelers beware. the staff knew nothing about the area and were not able to give us any help. travelers beware. the breakfast was burned and cold. travelers beware! there are too many hotels in the area that are much nicer and less smelly. if we hadn't been prepaid we would have changed hotels immediately. a very unpleasant experience.

Location, price, great room friendly staff. Had to plug up the telephone, reset/plug in the TV before it would work - this is common. Very nice hotel, great staff. Great location to downtown, mall and airport. There are no restaurants in walking distance, but I would definitely stay there again!

The rooms appear to have been renovated and are extremely nice. We were very pleased with our stay and found the staff to be quite friendly. The rooms had flat screen tvs - but, unfortunately, not enuf channels. Would definitely stay again. Very close to the Charlotte Colliseum.

Staff were nice. TV remote did not work. Screen in the door to room had been knocked out. Was not inviting to walk into the room like our other 3 star hotels from Priceline. We were disappointed.

Staff is a little rude, but hotel was nice and room was comfortable. Price is reasonable and they do offer discounts, so ask.

Nice rooms,LCD TV, and tasty cookies. Had to pay for $10 for wireless internet in room. Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Great location near airport and some nice dining options in the area. Would definitely stay here again and again.

For the same price as the very disapppointing Comfort Suites, we got a very comfortable and clean room that was enjoyable to stay in. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The decor of the hotel. Front desk service and non smoking room smelled of old smoke. Decent, but it lacked the service and cleanliness of 3.5 star.

Loved the cookies! No refrigerator in room. Very nice hotel, nice bedding, lovely marble bath.

Very good price for the room and hotel overall. I had never gone through Priceline.com to get a room, but I needed a really inexpensive room, and was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was.

The room and hallways looked old and not clean.

Room service was great. I had to pay for the continental breakfast.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. No newspaper outside our room. Allowed us to be more comfortable and was most appreciated. Staff was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. And, the cookie is always a treat at a Doubletree.

Comfy bed; nice flat-screen TV. Front desk personnel.

Quick room service. The water in the shower did not get hot. The employees were not great, rooms were okay. The pillows were shorter than your average pillow and extremely uncomfortable. You dont get anything for free (internet, etc.)

Good location & pleasant staff. Small/cramped bathroom with poor lighting. Overall this is a nice place, but at this level of a hotel, I expect free internet (not a $9.95 per day charge). I also expected a free continental style breakfast - but ended up paying $27 for my daughter and I to have (between us) 1 bran muffin, 4 strawberries,1 small serving of scrambled eggs and a biscuit - I was outraged - but had to be at a meeting at 7:30 am, and since I didn't bring breakfast (assuming they had the standard free fare), we had no other choice but to eat at the hotel.

Convenient to the client location. No coffee in the room.
