With suites, the rooms usually book more than one person at a time--often families. As such, the bathroom should be able to comfortably accommodate at least two people instead of barely fitting one, as often the occupants are all getting ready for their event/appt. all at the same time.

Cool setup! Glass door entries, large rooms with kitchen and separate bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. You had to go up 3-4 steps to elevator. Not fun with luggage. Very nice! Definitely stay here. It is unusual in setup, which I liked. Glass door entries make it feel like a home. Kitchenette. Private bedroom with granite counter top in bath. Comfy bed. Loved it!

Great stay at this Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very supportive of CWS team and still gave other guests full attention. Close to interstate and easy to get to Rosenblat. Could use a little more help with breakfast if a team is at the hotel, but they handeled the extra breakfast business great. All suite hotel with very large rooms. Room was very clean. Will be back to stay again next year!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The staff was very competent and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We liked the suite's layout with the bedroom in the back of the suite and the sitting area/kitchen in the front. The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Definitely would stay here again.

I wish my stay in Omaha was longer because I would have loved to check out the city and the hotel a bit more. The only complaint I have is that the bedroom was a bit warmer than I like. It took some time to cool it off but I was able to get it comfortable and if I were there longer I would have had the hotel correct this problem. My friends really enjoyed the feel of the hotel and wanted to stay longer also.

We had a separate bedroom/living room area. The carpet seemed dirty to the touch (when barefoot). I would stay there again. It was conveniently located compared to the places we visited on our vacation.

Planning a trip to Nebr for a wedding, traveling with a small dog. Went into omaha, nebr hotels to find one that allowed pets. Found on the website PETS WELCOME. Emailed to find out if there were any fees for the pet, received a email back saying it was up to each location. So I called direct to this location and was told there was a $50.00 non refundable fee. Then I had one of the managers call to tell me (he had gotten my # from my email) that since they remodeled they don't allow any pets. This is not what it says on their web site for this location but the manager wasn't aware this was even on their site. Nice place to stay if you don`t want to take your pet. we stayed the year before with no pet, this year we`ll find one that IS PET FRIENDLY.

Hotel is nice and clean and staff seems friendly. But for a 3 star hotel expected a bit more. The internet is not free and no contential breakfast. You have to pay for everything. I get better service from a 2 or 1 star hotel.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful not to mention the warm cookies! After checking in guest services called to check and see if our room was to our liking and if we needed anything, i requested extra towels and they arrived promptly. It was real helpful to have a full size fridge, especially with 3 children. The college world series was going on and we were staying in the same hotel as the Texas Longhorns which I thought would make for an extra noisy hotel but that was not the case, we all slept like babies! zzzzzz

The set up of the room was great, two TV's were awesome and I liked the two doors, one to outside and one to the inside. The breakfast area just outside my door.

My family had stayed here multiple times thoughout the years. We liked staying in a suite so everyone has room to spread out. Since every floor of the hotel surrounds an atrium, it's very loud. More than once, we've had to call down to the front desk because of loud parties that have been allowed to set up tables outside of the convention/meeting room. The front desk did nothing to quiet down the parties that were out in the 1st floor hallway (we were on the 6th floor and could hear their conversations at 11:00 at night). Also, forget any kind of service if you need extra towels or a crib delivered to your room - took several phone calls to get those things. Within the last year, they took out the central vanity that separates the two rooms - so that's one less place people have to get ready. There's too big of gap beneath the bathroom door, so you can hear everyone's business. Also it's 11 bucks per person to eat breakfast there - go to Denny's across the parking lot for 1/2 the money. *Stay at Homewood Suites down the road instead. It's slightly cheaper, bigger suites, quieter, and a hot breakfast is included in the room price.

Nice hotel for what we ended up paying. They were friendly and it was quiet. I was a little disappointed in the cost of Internet for the rooms. I think that could be changed. I also don't care for feather pillows. Otherwise, it was a good place. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for our annual trip to Valas Pumpkin Patch. We choose this hotel because of its wonderful pool for the kids to play in and the suites just right for our family. EXCEPT this year, we awoke with BED BUGS and blood covered sheets from the literally HUNDREDS of bites we encountered. Myself and two young children suffered (ing still) with bites to our face, legs and arms. It was a HUGE disappointment, but I dont know that I will feel comfortable staying at ANY hotel for quite some time, let alone this one ever again!

We liked the hotel (decor is nice, 2 room suites are very nice, especially with kids), but booking thru Orbitz proved to be a bad idea. Even though we had requested a non-smoking room, they told us that since "booked through a third party" that we were not guaranteed a non-smoking room. They gave us a smoking room. We had 2 adults, 2 children, paid specifically for 2 beds, and they put us in a 1 bed. After complaining, they moved us to a 2 bed (smoking room), but then discovered that the air conditioning did not work in that room (and it was hot). They had no other rooms, so we had to deal with it (ended up not sleeping most of the night). They claimed that "since we booked through a third party", they could not refund any of our money. They moved us the next day and the room was fine this time.

Being an all suite hotel was nice. Shortage of towels at the pool.
