It was a very nice place to stay.I just wish that it was in a closer walking distance to disneyland. The staff was very friendly. The best thing was the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was good.

Convenient location, pleasant surroundings, comfortable beds, quiet room. Charged $ 5 for bottled water, no internet in room, low-def TV, poor shuttle to Disneyland. Located approximately one mile from Disney parks within walking distance for walkers. Shuttle service to parks was unpredictable, pricey, and poor. Rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, adequate storage, and nice bathroom facilities and supplied. Wulfgang Puck coffee maker in room produced mediocre coffee alternative was pricey Starbucks downstairs. Charged $5 for bottled water. Guest laundry facilities were convenient but expensive also machines took only quarters lots of them. Rooms felt stuffy and humid. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, surroundings were pleasant and clean.

This is the best hotel for the price in Anaheim. We go to Disneyland once to twice a year and have stayed at many hotels. This is by far our favorite. I would especially recommend it for families that need a lot of space. Nice and comfy for couples too!

ONly there for a long weekend but the room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel is cloe to many atractions and restaurants.

It was clean and check in was nice they gave fresh baked cookies. The hotel was clean very nice. I didn't mind the incidental that they held. I was just not happy that they recharged me for the night I had already paid for. I had to wait 4 days for that to be returned to me.

We were greeted warmly w a choc chip cookie. I asked about kids activities cuz it was raining and our Disneyland trip was cancelled. I was told they didn't have any, even though I read there was. The bedroom with 2 queen beds was very small with hardly any room to walk around the beds. The living room was a nice size. The bedding was great w overstuffed down. The refrid. was very very small. The pool was nice, jacuzzi was small and therefore crowded. There was an $11. per night parking fee we weren't told about, and they tried to charge us $9.99 for a movie that was never ordered. They took the charge off without drama.

Very nice and efficient staff at check-in. The room was clean and stocked with decent size towels and the best in-room coffee (Wolfgang Puck coffee!)we've ever had. Ordered room service breakfast the night before, and it was delivered hot and fresh, and EXACTLY on time. Two minor gripes - we'd prefer unscented sheets, and how about making those famous chocolate chip cookies without nuts?

Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. This hotel was classy yet it was family friendly. I have 3 kids, all under 5 and they enjoyed the suite we had. The kids under 12 eat free was a plus as well at their restaurant. This place was 4 star all the way for a very good price. The location was ideal (about 0.5 miles from Disneyland) and the amenities were great. I would definitely stay here again. When they found out it was my wedding anniversary, they brought up complimentary apple cider (or champagne if you drink) along with balloons. They also gave us cookies for the kids. These cookies were the best!

We have stayed there twice now and have gotten a great deal on the 2 queen beds with a separate living room. A few draw backs, the walk to disneyland is about 20-25 mins if you walk fast 30-35 if you are tired from being in the park all day. However, there is a convienent shuttle that you pay for daily that will pick up you right in front of the hotel and drop you off at the gate entrance. It runs about every 20-30 minutes. (gotta time it right). The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable, it is very clean and the staff is great. There is a parking fee per day for like $11 or something. There is a Denny's right across the street and an AM/PM too in case you forget anything.

This hotel was easy to find not too far from Disneyland, was very clean quiet. The only downfall was the paying for parking and the elevator ding was loud.

I've stayed at many of the hotels in the Anaheim area over the years. None of them impressed me as much as the Doubletree Guest Suites. The hotel was very clean and upscale. We stayed in a 2 room suite, which was very spacious for a family of 5 plus a toddler. The bedroom had 2 very comfortable queen beds, and the living room had a nice, comfortable pull-out sofa, comfy chair, and desk area. The room also included a microwave and small refrigerator, which was very nice for keeping waters and snacks cold. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. The hotel is just 1 mile from Disneyland, and the area resort shuttle stops there regularly. The only negative for this hotel was the daily parking fee. Also, the resort area shuttle costs daily. We will definitely stay at the Doubletree the next time we go on a trip to Disneyland - we loved it! Also, the warm cookies at check-in are a nice bonus!

Suite was great. Nicely decorated, comfy beds. Our room location was bad. Everything was great except the location of our room.

This hotel was absolutely great! All of the hotel personel were very friendly and helpful. They gave out the best chocolate chip cookies too! They had a Disneyland representative on site and we were able to obtain our disney/california adventure tickets right there. There was a gift shop, restaurant, coffee shop and bar, but did not use any of these facilities except for the gift shop. The room was really clean and spacious, very accommodating for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

I attended a conference. I have stayed in this same hotel before for the same conference. The location was just within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and updated. I had a wonderful time and would return again.

Clean, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it met our expectations. We would definitely consider an option for our future return visits.

We recently went to Disneyland and stayed at the Doubletree Hotel. It was very nice and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was exactly how described, down to the warm cookies. We were able to fit 6 people comfortably. Disney was a nice 15 minute walk away. Only downside for us was the parking which is * a day and the fact that there is no continental breakfast (for a family of 6 every little thing helps).

The room was nice and the people were friendly. I did not like to pay for parking. Maid service did not stock toilet paper, it was almost out and I had to go and get more. Trash cans a little small. Two of the lamps in the room did not work, they replaced the one in the bedroom immediately. Then later, or the next day, we realized the one in the family room didn't work either, but we did not bother saying anything. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay. The walls seem pretty thick, I heard very little noise from people around us, and there was always hot water during our showers.
