This hotel has easy access off of Briley Pkwy and I-40. Checkin was easy and the cookies were tasty! The 2 room suite was clean, comfortable and roomy. Two TV's frig and microwave. Desk for working and nice plush sofa. The bed was out of this world comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. Would stay again and reccommend to others

The room was beautiful. We had no towels! We arrived at this hotel around 8 pm with a family of four, including two teen-agers. Unfortunately, there were no doubles left so we had to take a king room with a pull-out sofa. Although our daughters didn't enjoy sleeping on the sofa, the room was a beautiful suite with a living area (including a small fridge/coffee maker)and a bedroom with a king-size bed and the bathroom. The staff offered shuttle service within a 5 mile radius, which was nice. The big disappointment was that there were no towels in the room. We stopped by the desk that night to get some and they only had one. The next morning we stopped by again and they still had none, but said they would send some to our room.

After a night at a very poor hotel, we moved to the Doubletree and had a wonderful experience. It was very clean, quiet . The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again.

The restaurant overlooked the pool area and was very clean. The pool was not open on our day of departure. Overall very clean and upscale.

I reserved a master suite with a king sized bed. The room was nice and big, with a TV in the sitting room, and a TV in the bedroom. It also had a mirco fridge and a microwave. It was semi-clean when I arrived. Not much extra effort to dust the light fixtures and around the coffee pot.The second day, the housekeeping maid knocked on my door at 6am, and did not understand english when I told her I was not ready for housekeeping to come in. Had to keep yelling "NO" to her. When I left for the day, I went to the front desk to let them know they could go ahead and clean the room since I was leavign for the day. When I arrived at 9pm, the romm still had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk to let them know I was not happy that is wasn't cleaned. They sentr someone right away to clean it. While I waited for it to be cleaned, I went to the bar for a couple of drinks. The room was cleaned, but forgot to leave any washrags, so I had to get housekeeping to give me some. When I complained to the front desk during checkout, they took the drinks I got at the bar off of my bill. The location was close to everything I did....I will go back, even though one instance was aggrivating.

Amazing complimentary cookies, spacious & clean rooms, upscale, and beautiful! Nothing bad about this hotel! We were so impressed with the Doubletree Guest Suites on Atrium Drive. Our suite was large, clean, and beautiful. It was one of the best things about our trip. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. They give you complimentary cookies which are incredible. The staff was great. Only thing I'd suggest is turning on the fan function on the AC/heat controller for the white noise while sleeping. It covered up the sounds of doors closing in the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. I will look for another Doubletree when we travel again. The extra space is great.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately did not stay in hotel long enough to use all the amenities but what I saw appeared to be very nice. Prices on food and buffets appeared reasonable. Comfortable lobby. Only complaint of is location of ice machines and that they were not on each floor.

Large, clean room. No food, no booze. Great hotel, great staff, great rooms, need food and bar! No excuse for not having some option for food and a drink without having to go outside the hotel. Even if the front desk/van driver is tasked with pouring a glass of wine and heating frozen pizza.

This Doubletree did not live up to what we had come to expect from the Doubletree name. First the Good: We were pleased with the comfort of the bed and linens, and especially liked the extra pillows that allow visitors to choose foam or feather. It was a non smoking room and had no odor of smoke. The hot water and air conditioning worked. Now the Bad: The room, however, was in a state of disrepair. There was a big stain on the floor. The ceiling had obviously experienced heavy water damage, and parts were hanging down. A slat was missing from the louvered door that separates the bed room and living area, and the wall paper border was starting the peel off. The cover was missing form the light in the bathroom. The worst part, to us, though, was that when we informed the front desk, it didn?t seem to matter. It was as if this was just ordinary. They did not offer to let us move rooms. We were only staying one night, or we would have switched hotels.

Bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality. Bath tub had rust stains and wall paper was peeling at the seams. Staff was great. Lobby was clean and very inviting. Hallways appeared dated with some wallpaper peeling. Rooms were very spacious. Except for the bed and bedding, the room furnishings appeared to need some updating.

Living area separate from bedroom, 2 TVs, refrigerator and microwave in room. Rooms need new wallpaper or paint and new carpet. I was happy with the location, staff and room set up. There was a great living area with couch, chair, coffee table, desk, refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The bedroom was separate with bed, nightstands and a TV. My experience was great overall, however, rooms could use new wallpaper/paint and carpet. The rooms looked outdated because of the wallpaper and carpet.

We appreciated the spaciousness of the room, and the inviting lobby and friendly staff. Our experience was great all around. We only stayed a night at the hotel, and unfortunately got there late and left early the next morning. However, it was a pleasure to arrive at the room, which had a separate living area and a separate sleeping area. We were able to unwind in our own individual ways (i.e. sleeping, TV, and a bit of yoga) without interfering with the other's space. We were sorry to not have an opportunity to use the pool or gym facilities. Overall, it was as close to being at home as you could create in a hotel setting.

Spacious rooms. Hall to room could use a facelift. Very nice person handling check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has an ideal location. I would certainly look to stay here again when in Nashville.

Business friendly, free faxes and downloads. Poor wireless internet, only the lobby computers worked. This hotel is showing its age.
