We needed to stayed over in Boise on our way home. We were quite happy with our stay.
Date of Stay:
June, 2009
The accommodations were very comfortable. The main entrance was not well marked. This was a very nice hotel. It was clean, quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and big.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location made easy access to all places we needed to go. Several places to eat within walking distance of hotel. We would definately stay again.

Our stay in the Double Tree Club at Parkcenter was great! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We took our puppy with us and were greeted with treats and doggy bags for our puppy and those wonderful homemade cookies. The hotel was decorated beautifully. We heard very little noise the entire time we were there. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to cross the street to the Green Belt to walk our puppy and enjoy the wonders of the great outdoors. We were also within walking distance from some great restaurants. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the bathroom. When we arrived, we found hair on the bathroom floor and the counters were not completely wiped down. However, we informed the front desk and they took care of it. I would STRONGLY recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and all the necessary amenities. I very much enjoyed my stay. Very clean and well located. First class service and friendly staff. Located on the Boise Greenbelt and a short distance from the city center.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms were clean and nice and very reasonably priced. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The guy who checked us in even gave us a discounted rate for our pets. They have two elevators, but one of them wasn't working the day we checked out so it was a bit of a wait, but it was fine. They have the best hotel shampoo ever! They even give you free yummy chocolate chip cookies when you check in!

The Doubletree Club Boise was conveniently located near BSU and eating options nearby. For the rate, I was satisfied. It was clean, comfortable, and parking was never a problem. A little run down, but would stay again.

Well maintained, comfortable and attentive staff. No bar in the pool area.

This was a great hotel. The room was VERY clean and VERY nice. I was really surprised because the rate we got was fairly inexpensive, so I was not expecting very good quality, but on the contrary, it was very nice. There is a cafe in the hotel that we ate at and the food was very good. I will stay there again if I get the chance. This hotel is some kind of division of the Hilton Hotels.

The Doubletree Club was near the university event we attended. The sofa was comfortable while watching TV or reading. The bathroom counter was large enougn to hold my personal items as well as my husbands'. The exercise room was more than I expected. The location of the hotel was very convenient for restaurants and getting around the city.

Staff. Toilet problems. It was nice for the price. Cookies are excellent.

We stayed here because they had a shuttle to take us to a specific sporting event. X was the driver and he was great! We have stayed here once before and found most of the staff to be quite unfriendly. For the price they should have a complimentary breakfast. The food in the little cafe was terrible!

This was a ho-hum motel. The Doubletree near the airport offered suites for almost the same money, were much cleaner, more convenient to airport and shopping, and the staff were more friendly. My wife and I slept like a log for the beds were very confortable. The bath was small and the lavatory commode and tub were all confined in one very very small room. The complimentary breakfast had stale bagels and poor selection.

Location only. The hotel is very tired. Poor services, not user friendly and very tired. Needs a total redo in the rooms and lobby. A very strange layout of the lobby area. Front desks is quite unfriendly.

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Had a pool for the kids and staff was friendly. I wouldn't eat in the Hotel, service wasn't great (daytime) but there are many good restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

I needed to change rooms and they were so very helpful. The remote was not in the room and they brought one to me immediately. The hotel was in a very relaxing neighborhood - very quiet. I loved my bed and appreciated the view. I understand for safety that the window was locked but I think they could make it so you could crack it open a bit. Great breakfast options but no dining available. Minutes from downtown.

Conveniently located, staff friendly & helpful. Gym was hot. Pool water was littered. Mix up on room cleaning. On site restaurant was too expensive. No microwave in room. Rooms comfy. Some upgraded room AC units make a variable siren (hard to sleep). We downgraded to a lesser room to with a older constant sound AC unit but it was great (slept good). Quiet rooms even with folks next door. Staff responds quickly to calls and requests (room cleaning, iron, maintenance, use of facilities). Although cigarette smoke can be smelled in the hallways of all floors, the 2 smoke free rooms on two floors we stayed in were just that. No room safes for valuables when you are out of room.

I was plesantly surprised with the Double Tree Club Boise. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff was attentive, and the Business appointments were exceptional. The next time I'm in the Boise area, I'll there at the Double Tree.
