Nicely decorated hotel. Love the castle theme. Clean rooms. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely go back again.

Location was nice, lots of restaurants in walking distant. Pool water was not warm enough for swimming. The staff was very friendly, location was great. We visited Island of Adventure and Universal Studio and the location of the hotel was great. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

I loved the stay. The bed sizes were small so if you are a family of 3 or more, this hotel is a NO NO. The radio didn't work (meaning you couldn't make the volume high or low and you can only make the volume higher at night). The other music system in the room only had 2 stations: one with bird chirping and other with opera music. TV had limited channels and if you wanted to watch a movie, you had to buy it. It has an AWESOME pool. Vents are not clean; they are full of dust. We could see snow in Orlando on the TV because the reception was BAD. When I say bad, it was BAD. Front desk is very helpful...although I could swear they were glaring at me. Cookies are wonderful (warm, delicious, coated with chocolate).

Nice, clean, and had comfy beds. Great on property restaurants. Good location, easy to get to attractions, restaurants, etc. Warm cookies at check in were yummy. Would stay again.

They have a heated pool, which I loved. The staff was wonderful. They also give you some delicious cookies when you check in. The rooms were very clean. They have comfy beds and a nice shower. BIG towels. I was very satisfied with everything. The only thing I would say is they need a free continental breakfast. The breakfast was very pricy. Everything else was WONDERFUL!!!

The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent. No refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms; big problems. I appreciate always having the USA Today newspaper delivered under my door. I didn't appreciate that I arrived at 1 p.m. and there wasn't a room ready for my arrival. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. I thought that was really odd. Overall, the place was well kept and clean. The room was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Other than not having a refrigerator and a microwave in my room. I enjoyed my stay.

We went to Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica and the hotel was about 50-10 minutes from these. It was very conveniently located between Universal and International Drive with Mini Golf next on the corner and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was quiet and clean. We enjoyed the round pool. The staff was helpful and courteous. Parking was ample. The beds and linens were very nice. Breakfast was a very nice buffet that costs $15.00. They had furnished the rooms with new flat screen TVs but there was no DVD player if that is important to you. There was a small safe in the room which was nice. Value was very good since you don't spend that much time in your room. I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed the unusual color outside, pink!:) But when looking at the bldg, you can see the great design and don't forget the music as you walk up to the double doors. They played majestic music, and a well done Christmas tree to greet your entrance. After checking in the front desk, and very pleasant surprise, soft, warm cookie. yumm I especailly like the room key just to get up the elevator. Again when you walked in your room, the majestic music, the style of head boards were like royalty. The bathrooms were clean and roomy.I would recommend The Castle to everyone. In fact I sent my son and his friend over their for the reasonable price compare to other hotels on International Drive.I will be back at The Castle in May 08.

Very nice and clean. Staff courteous. Pool not heated as indicated on website. Breakfast expensive compared to local restaurants.

We loved the hotel (castle theme was fun!!) Cookies were yummy that we received upon check in. We were upgraded to a king size room which was nice. You have to insert your room key in the elevator to make the elevator run so that is a good security feature. The location of the hotel is great......convenient to everything (whether walking or driving). The room was a good size, clean & the bed was so comfy (slept like logs)!! My only bad thing I have to say & it was probably a fluke but we ate breakfast one morning in the dining room & my glass was not clean (it had someone else's lipstick stains on one side of it). Cannot comment on pool we did not use it. I would recommend this hotel & we will stay there again.

We liked being within walking distance of International Drive. Lots of close shopping and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and the warm cookies upon check-in were an added surprise.

It is convenient to many restaurants. Small room, it did not have a table to have coffee in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for business traveler, definitely not for a romantic getaway.

Everything in this hotel was amazing... the bed was super nice and the room was always clean and quite. The staff was helpful and polite, the pool and hot tube were nice too... and I liked the cookies we recieved when we checked in as well... if anything could be add I would have to ask for a shuttle from the airport to and from the hotel but everything else was perfect.... will stay again when I return....

My overall experience at The Castle - Doubletree was such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. It was everything that my husband and I thought that it would be. When you first enter into the lobby you really feel like a king or a queen! We were greeted by a hotel represinative at the front desk whom I though was okay:-} She was an asian female and she really didn't understand english that well but other than that the staff was wonderful. Once we made it to the room I was speechless. The room was so beautiful! We went to the pool only once and it was nice also. The hotel is also located in the middle of everything on Internation Dr. So, if you are planning a quick get away or a family vacation The Castle Doubletree Hotel is the place to stay. Oh by the way the cookies that they give you are delicious we purchased a ten when we checked out:)

we thought this was a good hotel for the money. Everything was clean, and it was close to everything we needed.

Needs better quality control. 10 minutes after checking into room and purchasing pay-per-view movie, the TV loses connection to the movie system, and ALL television programming. Maintenance personal cannot restore TV programming, so they move us to another room. In the new room, the extra-cost internet system does not work. Also various light bulbs are blown. Friendly maintenance personnel are able to perform a workaround to get internet access to the room. Only 1 restaurant and 1 cafe on this property. Food in both facilities is inferior.

the motel is beautiful and right in the heart of Orlando- I was disappointed for what you pay that they did not have a continental breakfast of some kind and also you have to pay $ dollars a day for wireless access that should be included-- room and beds were wonderful.

The hotel was beautiful and its interior was wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms were clean and what we liked most was that there was music pipped into every room. The restaurants were great and had good food, but it was so expensive. Both of the restaurants were very expensive. There were other places to go, but they were a hike up or down international drive. The hotel also only offers complimentary shuttles to certain locations and only at one time in the morning. We had a huge problem with the service. We gave our credit card for a * hold, but were charged over * for something we did not buy. It took almost a week to get the unnecessary charges off. This was a great inconvenience, but to make up for our troubles were did receive two free breakfasts.
