The hotel is located at the center of Suwon, in the best convenient business district, and closed by Suwon Taxation Office. The Suwon Railway Station and the Suwon Subway Station are nearby. The hotel is around 15 minutes drive away from Samsung Electronics and about 30 minutes away from Gangnam Business area of Seoul.

This is a serviced residence and recommended for the business traveler who would like to stay in Suwon area. 03/08 CH.

The guest rooms are approximately 49 square meters and unique modernly designed with fully furnished furniture, electronics and kitchenette. All of the guest rooms are provided free a high-speed Internet access. All guest rooms are very good condition and the bathrooms that provide only showers are also very good condition.
