Our cosy Austrian alpine holiday village boasts five beautifully finished comfortable chalets in the heart of Kaprun, with amazing views of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, this is the ideal place for you to come home to and relax after a long day skiing, cycling or walking in the alpine mountains in the summer.

The ski bus, the Optimum leisure centre, the Cross Country skiing trails, Cycle paths, Alpine walks and Kaprun Town centre with its numerous restaurants and shopping possibilities, are just few minutes walking distance away from our small Alpine themed village.

All of the Chalets houses and apartments have a patio area with small garden and car parking space. Each one is furnished in a cosy Austrian Alpine style, with modern bathroom facilities and generous living area with cable TV.

Underfloor-heating and a Danish furnace stove, provide a welcoming warmth.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided, with a ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine and all of todays mod cons.

What are your breakfast options?: We don't offer breakfast.
What can I do nearby?: The village centre is approximately a 3-4 minute walk away; there you will find all the local shops, bars and restaurants. The new Spa is a 10 minute walk or a 3-4 minute drive to reach it, which you have free entrance into it. The Maiskogel lift will take you about 4-5 minutes to walk to it; the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittinhöhe lifts are 10 minutes by ski bus away.
