It was our first vacation with our daughter who is 7 months old and we were concerned about the hotel stay, cleanliness etc.The hotel was clean but the elevators were so small to fit in a stroller, the rooms are in lodges or buildings away from the main building and it was a hassle to walk each time to our building after parking the car.The parking lot was also far away from our room.We requested for a crib for the baby which was brought in after 2 hours after check-in around 1am.The staff was very rude and un-professional.First time we called room-service for hot water to prepare milk for the little one , they send water in a coffee pot that had coffee remains. The water smelled like coffee and was light brown in color. We ordered room-service and the food was horrible and highly priced. The menu says one price and the bill has so many break downs like delivery charge, gratuity etc.So we ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger and paid $40 for it.The staff starting from the front door to room service is waiting for an opportunity to make tips - you can literally see that on their face. The room service staff after delivering food expected a tip and we didnt have any change with us and we were trying to explain it to him and he slammed the door on our face and walked out.Internet, business center, parking everything comes highly priced.Definitely a place meant for the very rich and not the middle class family people. The housekeeping opened the door without even knocking, peeped in and then apologised.I totally hated this hotel.

Wonderful beds. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and the room in general was lovely.

I stayed in unit 9, in a ground floor unit facing the elevator. A towel and cleaning supply closet as well as a stairway were across the hall and a pass thru door from my room was attached to what sounded like the staff break room next door. At one point a supervisor and a staff person were having a lively discussion in the attached room about work performance that was so audible they might as well have been in my room.. I believe Mariott works hard to provide decent service, but the room I stayed in was equivalent to what you would find at a Hampton Inn or an older Courtyard. A couple of my associates obtained rooms on higher floors overlooking the golf course and were very happy. If you ask to be located in a renovated unit and not on the basement or first floor level anywhere near the lobby or elevator you should have a good stay.

Hotel staff is terrible. When we checked in, no one asked whether our luggage was taken care of, and forgot to mention the self-parking is a mile (or that's what it felt like each time we had to walk) away from our room. Oh, and there are no side walks, so beware if you have kids. When we got to our room, which was thank goodness clean and well kept, there was a little self-serve consession, locked and there was no key. When we went to the Terraza cafe, we were seated and service was horrendous. We got our food fine, but I could have literally have walked off and not paid the bill. (I had to wait half an hour or more, after we were done eating, for some service staff to come outside again so I could request the thing.) Resort is not even close. The pool slide was not operational, but the pool was fine, nothing to rave about. Beds, if you're lucky, are fine. If you're unlucky, as we were, it's the worst experience trying to sleep. My kids were lucky. Overall, the hotel, not resort, is old and it really needs to be torn down and redone to match the supposedly great golf course there. We're not golfers, so I can't rate that. We were so happy to be visiting family, so we didn't have to spend that much time in this so called 'resort'. Next time it's the Quality Inn for us.

The resort is beautiful and people were great. Rooms are very clean and the beds were awesome!!!! Had a great wait staff attend to us at the Bungalov, poolside cafe. Golf was a wonderful experience at this PGA course. Spa was OK! We have had some great spa treatments at other places. Deep Tissue massage didnt really feel that deep and the pressure applied was not enough. However the facial was fantastic! Service is a little slow at the Champions bar. I had to wait for half an hour to get a drink. The Blue Monster Pro Shop had a lot of stuff for men , however they really didnt have much of a selection for women. I would certainly visit the place again. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

I stayed at the property on a recent quick business trip so I did not get to experience alot of what the property had to offer, but I can't wait to go back. The rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable, totally modern with the overstuffed beds and yummy duvets. The food in the sports bar was good, regular restaurant pricing but to be expected for the type of resort that it is. Can't wait to try out the golf course on my next trip. My only wish would have been for wireless in the rooms. They have highspeed internet, but I hate being tethered to a cable.

I enjoyed the lovely room provided to me. The bed was most comfortable which accounted for a good night's sleep each of the nights I was there. The restaurant "Windows" was very good as was Champions Bar. Nobody objected to the noise our team of 10+ made as we enjoyed lunch and drinks after our rounds of golf. The golf staff were very courteous and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. I did not enjoy the 6 hour rounds of golf as I am accustomed to 4 hour rounds. It was tiring. Luckily the weather held up.

Gate guard was helpful. Self park was far from hotel rooms.

The location was very convenient for me being near the airport. The location is great for being near the airport, with many corporate offices nearby and the nicest suburb you will find that close to the airport. Very secure, gates and guard house. Spread out resort. The parking was fine if you were in a building away from check in. The staff was horrible, other than the front desk. Unless you are on holiday, nobody is around after business hours. The room I was given was horrible in villa #9, behind the conference rooms in the basement. As a preferred member I did not appreciate, no matter what rate I paid. The rooms do have little patios but watch for mosquitos.

They gave me a free upgrade to the Spa. The room was a double suite with two Jacuzzis. Unbelievable!

I've stayed in many resorts. This is the worst stay ever. Very little went right from day one through day 6. I was attending a conference and had family with me or I would have left.

Very comfortable, but old style, very good maintained but needs to be renewed.

All of the dining areas were very expensive if traveling with a large family. We were very happy with our accommodations. The view from your room and from the restaurant outside was breathtaking. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Our overall experience was satisfactory. The grounds of the resort was very nice with an exceptional pool/hot tub area that is adjacent to a pond with a small beach area complete with a nice size waterfall. The course layouts looked amazing and it was torture not to be able to play while we were there. The only negatives that we noted was how outdated the hotel lodges appeared to be and the cost to valet our vehicle which was 22 for only one night. Although the buildings are outdated and show their age in the interior of the halls as well, the rooms are still nicely appointed and clean.
