Nassau Street becomes Leinster Street, then Clare Street, then Merrion Square North. When the road (R118) passes over the Grand Canal it becomes Northumberland Road. Go past the round American Embassy and take the first right once past Jury's Hotel onto Herbert Park Road. Turn left onto Morehampton Road, then right at Madigan's Pub onto Belmont Avenue. Or from St Stephens Green go up Earlsfort Terrace, turn left onto Adelaide Road, Turn right onto Leeson Street and turn right at Madigan's Pub in Donnybrook.
