Ideally located in central Budapest. The breakfast is lavish and filling, lots of cold and cooked meats, fruits, juices and coffees and cakes, yummy. Surprisingly quite, it was like the grave when I was there-just perfect-even though the hotel is somewhat vast with long corridors. I would stay here again, loved it all!

The staff were great, and the rooms were recently redone and very clean. We were disappointed that the hotel was not on the Pest side (beware of the taxi drivers on the Pest side, as it cost us 40 euro for a 5 minute cab ride from Pest to Buda to get back to the hotel), but other than that it's in a very nice area near the Jewish Quarter in Budapest on the Buda side of the bridge.

The location can't be bettered, as virtually all of the key central city sights are within walking distance, whilst the main metro interchange station is only a few minutes walk away. The rooms are a good size and comfortable and clean, but the walls are thin and I could clearly hear snoring coming from a neighbouring room! Reception staff are helpful, although those in the restaurant at breakfast could do with a course in customer relations. The inclusive breakfast is good quality and incorporates a broad range of options. Overall, a reasonable choice as a typical tourist class hotel, but there are much swankier boutique options available (for a price) on the same street.

The best location, great hotel, only down was that the pillows were kapok filled which i havent seen since the 60's. very uncomfortable and also we had a room next to staff facility which became noisy at times.

I was disappointed that we had booked dinner bed and breakfast but there was no mention of dinner... not sure if that is late rooms being misleading or the hotel itself... great hotel, great location, however, the room walls were a bit thin and noise really seemed to travel from inside the corridoors (late night chatting, early morning maids etc) so take your earplugs!

Service is not particularly good. But the location is excellent.

Well located for cultural attractions, ie all within walking distance. Hotel design modern and stylish. Staff efficient and friendly. The restaurant is in the cellar, which is probably the best place for it! tc

Good central position and a well appointed hotel but the rooms are a bit basic.
