The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was internet access in the room, as well as a couple of channels in English on TV. Room was very quiet, with nice view of mountains. The food at the restaurant, Chef Mickeys, was buffet and only OK. No sit-down restaurants, altho the bar serves lunch. I would go to the Disneyland Hotel for their buffet instead, or eat in their high-end Chinese restaurant, the Crystal Lotus. The pool closes during heavy rainstorms (we were there during a typhoon) so you are stuck indoors. The Disneyland Hotel (adjacent, and easy by shuttle) has both indoor and outdoor pools. Very easy to use all facilities at both hotels, no matter which one you are staying in, including business center at Disneyland Hotel. They will charge food and other sundries(Disney store in lobby at both) to your room if you wish. Staff very nice and helpful, most speak some English, some speak well. Super easy access to train system into Hong Kong, all stations have signs in English and Chinese. Shuttles between hotels and train station run 24/7.
