We actually had a really nice stay at the CBC. The only thing we had a problem with was how rude the people were that worked at the food court. Other than that we had a good time. Would probably stay again.

Very enjoyable in typical Disney fashion. Friendly staff, great amenities. Very much a kid-friendly place even though we had no children with us. It was still fun.

Hotel was adequate, however the cost was high for a ten day trip. nice and clean, very convenient, good facilities for the children.

We just stayed there and was disappointed right off the bat when we noticed there was hair on the bathroom floor and the carpets were not thoroughly cleaned. We had to call at least once a day to request something after they "supposedly" cleaned our room. For example: 1) no toilet paper in the dispenser and was not replaced. Nor was there a spare roll left on the back of the toilet. 2) After I called to let them know that the bathroom floor was not cleaned (hair from previous guests), they said they would take care of it, however, no one showed up that day, nor did they clean the floors the next day. 3) Coffee pots were not cleaned or at least emptied/rinsed out the entire time we were there. 4) We had to call to request coffee cups because they didn't notice there were no cups (next to the coffee pots that they did NOT clean.) 5) Water glasses that we used were not replaced with clean glasses. I wish we had dish soap available so we could have cleaned it ourselves! 6) The bathroom smelled like urine. I could tell that the floor and base of toilets were not cleaned prior to our arrival. 7) One of the "clean" towels hanging in the shower had STAINS. I have a suggestion: if you are not going to thoroughly clean the rooms prior or during a guests stay, please consider putting clean soap dishes at each sink and tub so that our soap doesn't slide around on the dirty sink countertops. The room smelled bad and with the obvious lack of and inconsistent cleaning routine, staying at this hotel made it difficult to fully enjoy our experience at Disneyworld.

rooms tiny, beds not even queens, box springs wore out, squeaked if you breathed too hard, tremendous walk to the only store and restuarant on the premises.meal and supply prices were outrageous. main childs water park and pool, which is why we stayed here, was not open. we we complained they said there was nothing they could do. we paid almost 800 extra dollars to stay here over others. buses never on time, stay away....

We stayed at the Caribbean Beach Resort inside Disney World in Florida over our spring break. We had 2 young girls 1 being handicapped with us. The resort and every park we visited during our stay went out of their way to see that we had everything we needed and wanted. From front and center during the fireworks and parades to no waiting in long lines for attracation. We will be revisiting Disney and The Caribbean Beach Resort again very soon. A very satisfied customer. P. S. As always travel website made our arrangement go off with out a hitch! THANK YOU

Stay at a Disney Resort--- Little more more, but nicer- right? WRONG!!! Once we checked in we went to our crowded room, which was alot smaller than we expected! The refrigerator had rotten food in it, the sink had a bug in it, the counter was dirty, on the floor beside the shower was absolutely terrible. I asked the maid to give the bathroom and sink area "a little more attention" and it was still not clean after that. I went to complain and maybe change rooms and the response that I got was that I booked through Travelocity and that they couldn't do anything. I was basically treated differently because I booked through Travel agency!!! Oh yeah, the every 15 minute Disney buses left my family and about 350 other people outside in the rain for almost an house waiting on the "every 15 minutes" bus! I would NEVER stay here again!

Our first trup to Disneyworld was a magical experience. The Caribean Beach Resort was the perfect place to stay. The grounds were well kept, the rooms very clean, a pool right by the room. Our children range from 9 to 17 years old and there was something for each of them to do. The port was open late to enjoy a late night snack after touring the parks all day. The hotel customer service was very accomodating. There was a bus location practically right outside your hotel door that brought you to and from the parks and ran every 15 to 20 minutes. I would recommend this Resort, and will visit it again. We stayed March 20 to 27, 2009.

We stayed at CBR for the 1st time in early Oct. 2006.. We absolutely loved it. Beauitful grounds. My 9 year old daughter loved the little lizards in the landscaping. We did have a long wait to check in, but other than that, everything was great. It was me, my husband, our 13 year old and our 9 year old.

We were on a 5 day trip to DW and this Resort was perfect for the stay. The place is beautiful and very well kept. The food court offers many choices and was easy to manage for all ages. Very nice pool and boat rental options for playing on the water. Short rides to all of the parks. Very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great, clean, nice linens, and the room was nicely arranged Check in went smooth. It's a little confusing as to exactly what entrance you use because there are so many buildings on this compound. The pools and beaches were great. The only downfall was waiting in line to pay for food (after you waited in another line to place an order). We would go back again.

Staff was super friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Sandy beaches, volleyball nets, playgrounds, hammocks, beautiful body of water, food court, pools o' plenty, cocktails for the adults, free shuttle service to wherever your heart desires within the Disney Kingdom, and just the right amount of Disney Flair. Not too much, not too little.

Hotel and grounds were ok. However, the check-in time presented a problem. Most hotels have a 3:00 check in time. We arrived at Disney early in the day and toured around the area. At 2:30 we went to the hotel to see if we could check in. They told us that the room may not be ready until 5:00PM!!! We had plans to meet friends at 4PM, and we needed to be able to get into our room to change our clothes. The people at the hotel desk gave us a number to call to check in and see if the room was available. After waiting an hour and still having no room, we went back to the desk and complained. The woman that helped us had a terrible attitude and couldn't seem to be bothered with our dilema. It took a manager to finally get us into a room. If I can't get into a hotel room that I paid for at a reasonable time, you can keep your room!

Not to happy. The room was ok. I did not get the room i requested. And i was a 5 min walk from the main pool that i also reqested. I had to wait 2 hours until my room was ready. My fmaily was stuck in the hot sun waiting for our room.

I was at this property for a business function. I was highly unsatisfied. Upon arrival the power was out. The hotel staff had NO plan of action. Many people arrived at once because there was a national conference and this was an overflow hotel. I believe that the hotel should have minimally taken a list of names - so as to insure order. It was clear to me that no-one knew what to do. I would have liked to see that someone had a plan of action/idea. I thought this hotel was very inconvenient. There is a bar/restaurant on premises - but it was quite a walk outside. Being that I had arrived late - I found it very inconvenient. (especially the hours). I wish that they might of at least had a mini-bar/in room purchase (due to the distance to the commons area). Part of the problem is that this place is geared to vacationing people. I think it is better for them - as their pace/time is different. I think for vacationing families this place might be good. The bus service is frequent to the attractions - which is one of the most important things for a vacationer.
