Disney Area Standard Homes

Located in established sub-divisions, all the homes are of good quality and standards, meeting all basic requirements for a clean, self-catering holiday home. They are the perfect accommodation for the budget-minded holidaymaker. Check-in is from 16:00hrs. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The center is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight. After midnight, key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for their villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and high-chair rental. All homes and apartments are non-smoking, pets are not allowed. Check-out on the day of departure from the accommodation is 10:00h.
