My no smoking room still smelled like a dirty ash tray. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I visited the hospital that i was born in 45 years ago. I celebrated my birthday. Also went to the house that my parents lived in when i was born. Went to the Louisiana Boardwalk. This was a good trip I have no complants except mabey the room was a bit high.

Nice and clean, overall a good place to stay. Self parking was full, but valet was included in room so not bad.

It was great, Enjoyed our stay. Thank you Orbitz.

Price was low. Smelled of cigaretter smoke. When will these hotels get it? You cannot put the smoking floors on the lower levels. There should be no smoking rooms at all, but you can't put them below non-smoking rooms. Smoke travels up.

Clerks were very friend and accomadating upon arriving and checking in. Room was clean even tho the atmosphere is still in the "Isle of Capri" mode. Roomy, plenty of room to lounge and relax and bath is very clean. Thank you.

Rooms were large and it had good security., TV's were old and out of date, shower leaked. Over all it was a good hotel but we were disappointed with the TV's and the lack of channels provided.

Nice to have jacuzzi in room. Facility is somewhat worn.

We were attending a reunion so we had no choice in where to stay. The room was very nice but it was not cleaned every day. The bathroom was not mopped at all in the 4 days we were there. The garden tub was nice but not cleaned daily. The biggest problem was getting the room key "rekeyed" almost every day. Just when you needed it, it didn't work. You had to have it for the elevators to go up, to enter the pool area and to leave the pool area. The adjoining casino restaurant was very convenient and offered a good variety of food at every meal. The evening meals were themed (International, BBQ, Seafood, etc.)

The hotel appears to be well maintained with little signs of wear and tear. There was no refrigerator or internet access in the room. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean.

For being a hotel attached to a Casino, the rooms where old, carpets are wornout in the rooms and hallways, bathroom could you new paint or wallpaper, holes in the walls, bad mattresses and pillows.

Whirlpool tub. Left phone charger in room, wanted $30 to mail back to us! Nice, quiet. Wish they would have sent my charger to me.

We were on a short vacation for 3 days. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The shower only had cold water and mold. Even though we requested a nonsmoking room, the linen stank of cigarette smoke. Since my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke, this made our trip a hardship on her. The smell of smoke hung in the air all over the facility, especially in the hallways outside of our room.

The room was great shower very nice, large 2 person Whirl Pool in room! GREAT! We loved it all.

The first problem was at check in. There were only 2 attendants - very slow. Didn't have our reservation and I had a confirmation #. They had to take about 10 minutes to find it.

Jacuzzi in room and extra TV in room. Room decor awful, shabby. Needs updating!

bathroom was dirty, still had hair from previous occupants. The hotel left a list of 'inventory' items and the cost of each. There was a notice that if anything was missing they would charge you.

The spa was wonderful! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel special. The desk staff were rude and uninformed, not helpful at all. The hotel was fine. The room was nice, however the decor was date.

The room was great. The jacuzzi in the room was an awesome plus! The steak house had amazing food, the bartender at agave was wonderful, and the food in the deli was unexpectedly good. We stayed here for our honey moon. We had a good time and the hotel room was a great price. I would recommend going during the week or Sat and Sun when the rates are lower!
