We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was only about a 5 minute walk from Disney. We did have a problem with the internet when we arrived, but the staff was very friendly and customer oriented. They changed our room to one with working internet and even upgraded to a suite when I requested it due to the troubles. The original hotel room was very small, not what it looked like in the virtual tour on their website.The suite, however, was very spacious and nice. The pool was not as it looked on the virtual tour either, it was very small. In the end, the excellent location, and staff made this a very good stay. There is also a very good store right next to the hotel that has just about anything you might need to stock the room refridgerator.

Good breakfast. Pool was closed several days. Overall fine for families going to Disneyland. Closed the pool for 2 days while we were there, very upsetting for the kids. Internet access was down the entire time we were there. Four of our T.V. channels were only available in Black and White. I would not have stay here.

The hotel is adjacent to the disneyland resort and the breakfast buffet in the morning is really good. Good selection of hot/cold dishes and the staff is very attentive. It does get crowded very fast and so might want to get there early. Even though it is adjacent to disneyland it is still a walk (10-15 min) to get there and it more tiring to walk back than to get there beacuse of the all the time spent in the park. My only complaint at this hotel was the parking and elevators. There are only limited parking spaces in the ground floor and you have park in the basement if the ground floor is full. The elevators from the basement take you to only selected floors and you have change elevators midway. This is very confusing. Overall, if you are using the hotel as a place to sleep, then, it is a good affordable choice.

Hotel location is superb and the price was awesome. 10 min walk to Disneyland and local mall with resturants. Employees are very informed and helpful with local attractions. A few amenities need some improvement. The hair dryer and shower heads are poor performing. The breakfast leaves little to be desired. We stayed there 5 days and ate breakfast 3 times.

This would be a great hotel for a family on vacation going to Disneyland. Comes with a full kitchen, living room, and 2 queen beds. We were there for the Natural Products Expo, so the prices were a bit higher than usual. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are average. Don't expect to get a bed like the Marriott. Breakfast is included which has scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Not bad for a day, but you will want to go somewhere else to get a good breakfast. I would use this hotel again.

When we checked in, they gave us a room without internet access(broken LAN). We called the front desk and asked to switch to another room, but they refused. The room was also smell, and not very clean. We finally spoke to the supervisor, and complained about it, and insist to move. Then, they switched us to another cleaner room with internet access. The front desk was not very friendly. Once we switched room, it was good and we were happy. In addition, most of the rooms around us were teenagers, and they were louded most of the time, but quiet at 10pm. The breakfast was excellent and free. I would recommend to stay if you have extra money to pay over $100. per night. Location is very good, and close to everything.

My grandson, age six, and I could walk to Disneyland during the day and late at night. I felt very safe. The hotel was clean and the service good. The pool was a big hit. I would recommend this hotel to other parents/grandparents with children. The breakfast, which in included in the price, was simple but good.

Decent Hotel.....Could use more maint and TLC all building materials were simply cheap - can hear neighbors conversations and parking lot conversation through thin walls and windows......Lots of talk of water/power savings by not washing linens, notes taped on walls about proper air conditioner settings and maids unplugging chargers etc of their own volition......This sounds good but always makes me suspicious of the green motive being money or the environment til i see they wash the parking lot down via water hose instead of broom......Guess i was right to be suspicious.......They also add a fee each day for a resort fee - no idea what this is other then a nice added fee you will not see with travel website booking til you are checking in and basically have to pay it also will try an add a daily room safe charge to your bill if you use it (read the fine print an read whatever you initial at this hotel......Free breakfast was quite sparce and bring your own cup as you will have to drink a dixie sized cup of coffee or juice if you use the provided......Walk to park was very nice and certainly not very long with four children 3-11.....Allowed a little quiet together time after a day in the disney parks........Free parking, close access to freeway, ability to order out and have delivered to room (no room service at hotel), double bathroom in suite room were also very nice.....Would stay here if it is deal or if you have 6 people or so in a party - just a little underhanded and cheap - be warned and be alert and will be fine.......

Was walking distance to disney- loved that! Front desk very friendly and helpful- checked us in early which was great. Breakfast in morning free and pretty good. Did not like the $6.99 fee we had to pay at checkout. I thought I paid up to orbitz before the trip.

We went to Disneyland for 2 days to celebrate the end of the school year. We enjoyed our stay and there was very few things missing. The pool was crowded up until the time it closes so we had to wait for the 8 people in the jacuzzi to get out before we could enjoy it. The pool is really small and there were lots of bigger kids running and splashing it seemed like no supervision, and since the parents didn't care not one hotel employee seemed to either. The staff was friendly and parking great and location to the park was great too. It would have been nice to have a diner of some sort since there wasn't much in the way of restaurants in the hotel..just a bar/grill type.

Adult daughter and mom took this trip. The hotel was an easy walk (5 - 10 min max) to Disneyland so there was no need to take a shuttle. Saw families with kids taking the same walk. Of course it seemed a bit longer after a full day at the park! The rooms were adequate. Definitely not fancy but clean and quiet. We slept well. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot were in the room. One of us was cold, and the front desk quickly sent up an extra blanket. A buffet breakfast was served starting at 7 a.m. Allowed enough time to get to the park for an 8a.m. opening. The food exceeded my expectations. In addition to the usual sweet rolls, cereal and toast, there were eggs each morning and either biscuits and gravy or potatoes and sausage. It was busy so the food was fresh and hot. All in all, we feel we got value for what we paid. We arrived before a room was ready and we did preliminary check-in, left our car (free parking) and spent the next 8 hours at the park. No problems when we returned at 11p.m. A 7-11 and an ABC store are on the corner. We had pizza delivered one night to the room.

Our vacation was great. We have stayed many places in Anaheim but this was one of the better places to stay. A short walk to/from Disneyland. The staff of the hotel and bar/grill where very friendly and helpful. Our view of the park was the best. When we where not at the park we where able to view the fireworks from our balcony. Will stay here again!!

We arrived early and they were able to give us a room right away. Plus she gave us the online free room upgrade with no problems. She was very courteous and helpful. and any of the rest of the staff we dealt with.) The walk to Disneyland was an easy 15 minutes for adults or there was a shuttle for $4/day per person. The breakfast included more than the expected pastries and cereal. We also had yogurt, fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy, potatoes. scrambled eggs and oatmeal. The breakfast staff was friendly and worked hard to make sure everything was and clean and full. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning the room. The only negative was the sofa bed in the Queen suite was worn and uncomfortable. I'm sure they would have moved us but we were so pleased with everything else, we didn't bother to ask.

The hotel was a great location to visit Disney Land. We had a great room with a view to watch the fireworks at Disney. Our room had separate sitting room with a couch and tv. We could close the door and the kids could hang out there.

We had a family suit booked and got two ajoining rooms. I don't know if that is what they considered a suit, (not what the picture showed) it was very thight corders for 4 adults, 5 kids ages 3-9 and 1 infant to share. We were on the second floor facing the busy street. It was difficult to fall asleep. The traffic sounded like it was coming right in the window. The beds were comfortalbe on the other hand. The breakfast was good, but gets a little old after the third day there and the selection has not changed. The kids loved the pool, but it is not inviting for those who want to get some sun. It might has well been in indoor pool. The location was great as far as walking to Disney land. They offer a shuttle to and from Disney Land, but we saved our money and walked. About 10 minute walk. Lots of great resturants near by. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again but remember to request a better located room, maybe one on the opposite side of the building and higher up.

Good, nice to have free breakfast, still have to walk to the Parks, it would be nice to have a shuttle when we come back tired from walking all day at the parks.
