stay was bad. staffs were unhelpful and rude. belongings was lost in the hotel room, all they did was to change the room lock. no safe box in the room i stayed in, safe boxes in my friend's room not functional. when questioned, hotel staffs even said why was it not reported to them when there's no safe box/spoilt safe box. Has it become guests' responsibility fr their quality checks??! one of the staffs even commented that sometimes hotel guests 'made up stories' on their loss of belongings. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE! no recovery service. FROM day 1 to day 3, my stay there was terrible! not recommended to stay here. ZERO stars for them.
