Convenient location, in not-such-a-bad area, for Vallejo. A shopping center with good Chinese and Mexican restaurants and grocery store across the street. It's by the freeway, so rooms on that side are noisy. But the price is so incredibly inexpensive for a good, large clean room on the third floor, with microwave, refridg, free wi-fi internet etc. that it can't be beat!

Adequate accommodations. Bathroom was clean and room was recently refurbished although lacking a chair other than the computer desk chair. Upon check-out the gentleman on the desk was very helpful in giving me better directions to my destination than I had gotten online.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled, and is under new management. Overall, I gave it a high rating. The room we had was spotless--the bathroom all redone, and in excellent condition. The room was large, very spacious for the two queen beds, and plenty of room for my three teenagers and I to spread out. The air conditioning was in excellent working order, and kept our room cool and comfortable for our entire visit. The room also has a small microwave and a small refrigerator, neither of which we used while we were there. Our purpose for the visit was a trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, so we were only in the room in the early evenings through mid-mornings...there is a Burger King across the street, and a small shopping mall as well with a Rite Aide drug store for any of those essential forgotton items (or a bottle of wine--which was helpful after spending a day with three teenagers at an amusement park!). Other than the fact that this motel is on the ambulance route to a trauma center (sirens all night--ambulance, not police, which was reassuring anyway!), and that it is located in a rather "seedy" neighborhood, I have nothing negative to say about it. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful on check-in, and even though the neighborhood appeared a little rough, I never feared for my families safety, or worried about my vehicle in the parking lot. Having the Burger King right across the street was helpful for quick breakfasts prior to leaving for Six Flags, and the drive to the park was a short 4 minutes, with easy on/off freeway access.
