Our stay at the Delta hotel was everything we hoped it would be, service was great and the location was perfect.

The hotel staff all knew our names. Friendly/smiling. No fireplace in the room we had. When they found out it was our anniversary they brought up a chilled bottle of champagne with truffles! It was a lovely atmosphere, very clean, classy and in walking distance to downtown Banff. Very helpful staff. Valet parking was excellent and only 12 dollars a night! Overall, we had a wonderful time.

The town of Banff and the hotel were very quiet (as expected). Hotel staff were excellent, professional, courteous, mostly young New Zealanders and Australians. Hotel amenities were excellent, massage/spa service was very good, hot tub and pool were beautiful.

This was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. All staff were very nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location excellent, near bus stop and downtown. Room was small; too small for a family. Excellent location. Rooms and lobby well-maintained and attractive. Staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool clean, spacious, convenient, and attractive.

"This is a cute little boutique hotel with fireplaces in the rooms and a romantic Alpine atmosphere. I was a little disappointed given the ambience of the lobby that the furnishings were unimaginative and the room, which was right on the street, was very small. Overall, a nice place to stay for a night though and convenient to downtown Banff."

I was surprised when my wind shield window was cleaned by the staff while it was parked on the parking structure during the night. This kind of extra great service I did not expect.

Our stay at the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge was excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the room was just beautiful. Our back window looked out at the mountain which was just spectacular. The room was big and roomy. The bathroom was very clean and large. Having the fireplace in the room was a nice and romantic touch. The only small complaint we might have was with the firmness of the bed, we like our bed a little softer! We wish we could have stayed more than the one night that we did as the little city of Banff is just beautiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who might be thinking of staying in or around Banff as the value for your money was excellent.

"My wife and I visited from Florida for fall color. The rooms were very clean, staff very helpful and informative and we had a great overall experience. Very convenient to almost everywhere with a short walk. The restaurant had great service and the food was OK, but better deals are only a walk away. "

Restaurant had outstanding food. It was a little out of the way from the town of Banff. The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable on the area, driving tips were helpful and about a 15 minute walk from the heart of Banff. Dinner at the Evergreen was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.

I liked that it was luxury but in a quieter area of town. The bus system in Banff makes it really easy to get everywhere too. The view. Everyone was warm and friendly, once we got checked in and concierge was always extremely helpful. The place was very clean, comfortable, the decor was awesome and the amenities were great. They even go all out with their specialty complimentary in-room spa products (there's even a sunscreen!). We did not get a chance to use the pool or spa treatment facilities, but they looked top notch. We did, however, eat in their restaurant for breakfast and it was fantastic (we did read in a magazine later that their chefs are some of the top rated in Banff).

Clean and attractive bathroom. Bed was a little too firm. Overall, a lovely hotel with great staff.

The entire staff was friendly and did everything they could to make our stay at the hotel very enjoyable! I thought the pictures made it look fancier than it was. Great hotel! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. We ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning because it was so good! Our room was cozy with a fireplace and warm colors and the staff was outstanding! Overall, it was an awesome experience and I would stay there again for sure.

Staff friendliness, small and quiet. No steam room. This hotel is older however maintained very well. Great staff. Excellent parking underground which translates to warm car in winter. Unnecessary charge for internet access. Great concierge service. Maybe a bit understaffed at the first of year!

Great location. Cater to old crowd, currently construction site next door, so not great view. Delta hotel standard, clean and comfortable, however does not measure up to the four star standards of other hotels. I chose because of gym and pool, gym was smaller than the bedroom, pool was small and dark (appropriately named the Cove). Staff friendly and attentive, bonus car windshield wash overnight to clear off the bugs. nice touch. Overall, any of the three star hotels on the main street would have been better value.
