What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is served in our restaurant "Botanica" each morning opening at 6:30am with a full buffet breakfast. The charge for the buffet breakfast is $12.95 plus taxes and gratuity.
What transport is available to get around?: Our hotel is located in the heart of downtown Kitchener, so you wouldn't necessarily need transportation to get around. There is a bus route that goes up and down King St. We also have taxi numbers available in the lobby that can get you to the airport.
What can I do nearby?: There are a lot of different restaurants and bars in the area that have live music at night. There are 3 or 4 different museums in the downtown area. We are also within walking distance to Victoria Park.
Do you have internet?: We do have a wireless and wired high-speed connections for internet in all of our guest rooms. This is complimentary to all our guests.
Do you provide parking?: We go have parking on-site of the hotel; it's $9 plus taxes for overnight parking as a guest, or $2 per hour for other parking purposes.
