It's listed as a 4-Star hotel and compared to the Fairmont...it's more like an old Motel 6-worn, dirty and nothing around the vicinity-

Good pub fare in restaurant. No fridge. Excellent location near airport and cool pub restaurant meant we used the opportunity to return our rental car a day early and take the free airport shuttle. Very convenient for airport access for the last night in Vancouver.

Our company has been coming here for many years. Hotel has been slowly going downhill. Hotel staff has changed and not very nice, at least towards our company, which obtains room rate discounts. So, service = price you pay (or don't pay). Rooms are in very desperate need of complete gutting. A couple of years ago they did something to "upgrade" the heating system and I've yet to see what has improved. Hard to heat the rooms which is mandatory in chilly Vancouver. End up supplementing the heat by cranking up the blow dryer and hanging if from a mirror aimed towards the room (a new entry for a survialist handbook?). Bedding is the only redeeming quality; sheets are starched & pressed. Mattresses are another story; firm with a semi thick mattress pad making the bed a fluffy pillow top wannabe. Furniture is straight out of a Levitz Furniture bankruptcy liquidation outlet. Television is a throwback to the early 80's. Get with it folks! 24hr fitness center is on 11th floor. Pretty damn good actually. Aside from cardio equipment, free weights and weight machine, gym has a nice view and is accessorized with towels (some chilled!); apples and water to quench your thirst. High speed internet for the low rent district rooms is over $12 USD. To numb yourself from doing time at this place, have a pint (or three) at the enjoyable Elephant & Castle next door! Super nice staff and cool bar area. Try the awesome Fish 'n Chips. Food is good and many beers to choose from. Great view too from most tables. Bus stop is right out front of the hotel, making it easy for a fast getaway. 25-30min ride to downtown area. Coins only so be prepared.

Was there during business meeting last week. Rooms, staff etc were above average. No real complaints about this place and I would stay here again. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful in finding us taxis to get around Vancouver. Only negative part was price of room service. Pizza and two beers were 55 plus tip which was on the pricey side ot say the least.

Id just spent a week traveling around the Vancouver area staying at a variety of hotels. Delta was a great. It just makes it appear as if Delta is a bit behind the time in terms of technology. Why not hang a big sign outside that says Free HBO, or Free Air conditioning. Oh well.... nice place otherwise.

Close to airport with dedicated shuttle bus. Wifi available but not free. Did not use.

While the Hotel appears nice from the outside and the staff is extremly friendly, this hotel is a ripoff to the budget minded traveler. They charge $10 per day to park in their huge parking lot. They are near no restuarants, and no nearby parking, therefore not only are you stuck with pay parking, but their resturant prices are extremely high 5.25 for a bowl of cereal give me a break. $3.00 for 10 minutes of bad and slow public internet access. NO blankets on the beds, just one comfronter. This hotel is ideal for the business traveler with an unlimited expense account, or an airline employee. But if you are an individual traveler renting a car, or a family I would highly reccommend that you pass on this hotel. There are much better nearby options. Hotels near the same price, with breakfast included, or decent priced resturants nearby.

Room was too small and so was the bathroom. Only one bathrobe and we were two adults. Expensive hotel for what it offers. Regular rate is 360 for a room that's approx. 350 sq ft. Restaurant was closed and I got there at 6 p.m. The passway to the next door pub was dirty and looked abandoned. Good for a quick stay to be near the airport but will not stay there again.

The Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel was an excellent place to stay. There is a hotel shuttle that runs every 25 minutes from the airport to the hotel free of charge. My wife and I arrived with no problem. Check in was a breeze. After we got to our room about five minutes later we received a fruit basket and a card welcoming us from management. That was customer service at its finest. We also received bottled water and chocolates every night which was a plus. I'm not sure if that is regular protocal or because we stayed in the deluxe rooms. The bed was soft and comfortable. The fitness room is on the 11th floor. It was very nice stocked with cold towels and apples in the refridgerator. There was water available as well. The hotel is located across the street from the bus stop which makes it convenient to get downtown. The only draw back for me was that there were not many places to eat close by. The hotel resturant was pretty expensive. My wife and I ate breakfest there the first day. It was $14 for french toast and that is all you got. There is a great restaurant/pub just outside the hotel Elephant&Castle. It has great fish and chips. Our overall stay was excellent and we would stay here again. If you don't mind adventuring to the city to eat this is a great place to be.

Clean rooms. No indoor pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Outdoor pool and no hot tubs. Internet in room was hard line only WiFi available in lobby only. Only restaurant within walking distance. Close to Airport but distant from downtown.

I orginially wanted to stay in downtown Vancouver but everything seemed booked up. In the end I'm so happy we stayed at Delta Airport and took cabs or drove into the city. The service was amazing. The beds in the upgraded rooms are phenomenal. The pool was very fun (a hot tub would be lovel though). Elephant & Castle is great for outdoor eating and hanging out! My epxerience was all around wonderful!! Thank you!

Good location, very close to the airport and fast shuttle. Older property. This is an older hotel near the airport. The room was sort of musty. Some road noise. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location to the airport was perfect after flying for 30 hours. There was too much furniture in the room. If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, this place is ideal.

The hotel was non smoking, but our room smelled of smoke. Good experience with staff, location. Would use again, but still bothered by the room that smelled like smoke!

Friendly staff . Dated furnishings in the rooms. This hotel is not a 3 1/2 star. The dated furnishings, old TV's etc don't come close to the standard stated.
