That it was somewhat close to my destination. That wasn't so upscale. Could be better. Staff was not intelligent.

I have stayed at this hotel extensively over the past six months on business travel. It is an older property, having passed through several different hotel companies over the years. It is definitely showing its age. The hotel's staff, however, are an excellent bunch and have gone out of their way to solve problems (running-on toilet - three different rooms, broken TV, etc.). It would be better, though, if the problems didn't occur in the first place. The last thing you need at the end of your day when you are stuck playing "road warrior" is a problem with your hotel room. The front desk is freindly and efficient. The dining room is nice, with very good wait staff, but hotel-typical high prices. Having stayed so often, I now receive frequent guest upgrades. However, the difference between the standard rooms and the premium rooms ends with the better-quality bed (King-size, pillow-top mattress and better bedding) as the furniture, even in the premium rooms, is old, scratched and dented. I have stayed in much better standard rooms in other hotel chains than I get with my premium upgrade at this site. Strangely, the premium rooms do not include the mini-fridge found in the regular rooms. All in all, it's not a bad hotel, but it is time that Delta looked at an overall renewal of the facility.

Location was good. Hidden costs. Bed sheets had holes in them, bathtub shower head had mold/fungus on it.

They charge for everything, including parking at almost twice the daily rate that Impark charges non guests. Breakfast is expensive, the Internet is almost */day, and local calls are * Bottom line: there are better hotels for the money very close by.

Beds were clean and great, had crib delivered for the baby assembled and clean. Hot tub jets didn't work. For this being so close to the airport the noise wasn't noticeable, it is easy to find and the parking is great. The hotel was clean, I couldn't find any faults with it even though I was looking really hard seem we paid so little for the room I thought we would have gotten the party room, but no, we were treated the same as everyone else who paid more then double what we had. Great experience.

What makes this hotel better than most others is the attention to details. From toiletries to attentive staff. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

Nothing. NA. The location is very noisy with traffic all night long from a nearby busy street. The hotel charges extra, at exorbitant rates, for high speed internet and parking. Next time I will return to my usual hotel which has free parking and internet.

Despite some disappointments, positive experience. Parking is 9, not free. No free local calls even form premium rooms, about 1 p/m! High speed Internet but no wireless.Restaurant is superb but very pricey.Lobby is beautiful but would benefit from a fireplace.Rooms are small but cosy, comfortable, good quality. The difference between premium/standard: the carpet is allegedly better plus a bottle of water daily.Gym is comperatively decent. Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna are definitely a plus. Locker rooms are grim. Free shuttle took 20 min.

The staff member. Paid for internet and for parking! I was extremely disappointed with my stay when I found out that I had to pay for internet and parking at this hotel. Most of the staff at the front desk were very disconnected and dry with no smiles. The hotel housekeeping was friendly too. I would not ever stay or recommend that hotel or any Delta hotel to anyone.

From arrival to departure, it was a most pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The place was attractive and the staff most attentive. And with ***, the cost was very attractive also!

Price was inexpensive. Fee for parking, very small room, no king bed. Like most hotels above the one-star level, this hotel has a lovely lobby, and maybe some of the rooms are good, too, but the room we had was tiny, noisy, and uncomfortable. At checkout, there was a reference made to the floor that hadn't been remodeled yet, and maybe that explains what we had. In short, this was hardly the three-star experience. We could have done as well at a one-star. High quality and generous accommodations make a much more satisfying experience. A room with a king bed and plenty of space to walk around it are much more than this hotel offered.

Good night sleep. Old carpet and outdated furnishing. Overrated! Outdated rooms with wired internet access and 9.97 charge.

Well-appointed room, staff is really professional and always smiling. None. The room was well-appointed, I especially love their bed. The staff is extraordinarily professional and friendly. Shuttle runs at least every 30 minutes, which was ideal for all travelers.

Price and its very well kept. NA. Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Very clean. A pleasure to stay there!

The room was clean and reasonably pleasant. They charged almost 14 dollars a day to park your car and another 11 dollars a day for internet use. The hotel is somewhat difficult to access because of current road construction. It is located near the airport, so there is airport noise. You are charged 14 dollars a day to park there. You are charged another 11 dollars per day for internet use.
