We found this hotel just o.k. It cost way too much for the services you really get. We have stayed in hotel's in the St. John's area that are way less and the service was better. It was nice to be able to walk to many things we wanted to see, the boat tours or stores in the downtown area and it was nice to look out the window at the water. I still think it cost way too much. Plus I think they should have microwave and fridges in each room. For guest that do not want to go eat out they can just buy a few things and have it in the room.

The room was comfortable except for the very thick quilt. Too warm on, too cool off. Took a bit of thermostat adjustment to get comfortable. Members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was way overpriced and understaffed. Everything for made-to-order omelets was in place but no one available to make them. One of the waitresses said she would prepare one for me but was so busy with the tables that I tired of waiting and settled for the buffet food. By the time I finished eating, someone showed up to make omelets. Subsequently, I had breakfast at restaurants close by and was satisfied with the food and prices. By and large, a nice place to stay and the underground parking was appreciated since it rained for much of the time I was there.

Located close to meeting facility. Parking and accessibility. The hotel is fine but too expensive, it is in the downtown area and somewhat difficult to get to. Parking is a problem because parking spaces are sold to patrons using the Mile One facility, leaving inadequate space for hotel patrons during stadium events.

Very clean, onsite restaurant, excellent downtown location-within walking distance for major attractions. Public spaces need a little updating, especially fitness center and pool area (already working on pool area). This hotel has excellent location, good service, and nice restaurant. They are working on updating the pool/sauna area-greatly needed. The view from our harbor side room was amazing-you could see the entire St. John's harbor.
