The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. There was dried toothpaste on the counter. The staff here are very friendly. The guest across the hall from me was very loud until early in the morning and they offered me a free breakfast to make up for it. The room was comfortable and the hotel itself was upscale. They also have free covered parking.

We were very disappointed. We had reserved a room with a King sized bed and we got a Queen at best. Also the website indicates ALL rooms come with microwave, fridge and alarm clock and we did not have any of those in our room. We will not be returning to that hotel again.

The buffet breakfast for $12.95 was awesome. They would not let us have a cot for my son who unexpectedly arrived. I offered to pay money. Everything about the hotel was fine: clean, good facilties, great location.

"My wife and I went to Delta South on a business trip with our two kids and when we got there the desk couldn't find our reservation. That didn't slow the service, the young lady took control of the situation and fixed it as fast as if she had my reservation in front of her. We were upgraded to a ""family room"" and it was perfect. Everything was very clean. The service we received at the restaurant was top rate - special attention went to the kids and the food was fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience! Thank you. "

It was my parents who stayed in the hotel, and my mother mentioned that it was in need of renovation. According to her, it was in much the same condition as it was when they hadstayed there some long time ago.

The rooms were great, beds very comfortable. Among 3 elevators 1 not working, other 2 were very slow. Great place to stay, rooms were clean. This is an non smoking hotel. Room service food was so bad, deep fried bones.

The staff were friendly. The heater fan was on all night and could not be shut off. Very clean and friendly hotel. Heating systemvery load and did not get much sleep.

Staffis friendly and helpful. Check in/out counter is uncomfortable, in the back counter with a pole in the middle. Hotel was not bad. Pool was loaded with chlorine, eyes were burnt afterwards. Gym was great.

Everything was nice; the room was spacious and classy! I'd stay there again. Nothing I disliked. I loved my stay there. The staff was great, the room was very comfortable, and everything was beyond clean. I couldn't say enough to describe how great this hotel was.
