A short drive from Old Quebec. Rude counter staff, expensive parking. One of the more outdated Delta's I've stayed at in Canada. Expensive overnight parking, expensive in-room hi-speed internet, rude counter staff the night that I checked in.

My husband and I went to Quebec for a mini getaway. Hotel was within walking distance to Old Quebec; parliament was across the street where the New Years Eve festivities occurred. Didn't need to rent a car. Staff was excellent with helping to set up a bus tour/taxis. Even though the hotel is dated, the food and restaurant/bar staff made up for it. Food and presentation was outstanding as well as servers friendliness and abilities. All staff spoke French and English. Bar was relaxing and had a big screen TV.

It had an excellent location and terrific city views. We had a minor plumbing issue pipes would whine after fixture use. While looking rather dated on the outside, we found the hotel to be perfect for our needs during the weekend. The room was very nice with a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and sleep came fast after a busy day of seeing the city. Everyone at the hotel was much more friendly and helpful than we expected we received great directions for getting around and a free umbrella to cope with the rain!

Very quick and friendly service. Restaurant service. Everything was great other then their breakfast staff. My friend and I were only greeted by the waitress when she brought the check. Until then, only the hostess had said hello to us and we served ourselves at the buffet.

Good location.Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel looks and feels tired and used. Many small signs of poor upkeep and neglect. Missrepresentation about the fitness facility. Second rate equipment and sparse unwelcoming locker rooom.

Overall my weekend in Quebec City was very enjoyable. The Delta Quebec hotel staff was very helpful and didn't seem to mind about my laughable French (they always spoke English to me). The rooms were good and the beds were nice (I was usually out all day and pretty tired at the end so I fell asleep instantly) I only ate breakfast in the hotel but it featured both continental and US style breakfast. 3 other things about the hotel--location location loation! It was within walking distance to the both the old city upper town and lowercity with each of their respective sights. Quebec City is a little hilly but its manageable (nothing like San Francisco for sure). It felt just like being in Europe--the original fortress wall is still in place along with stone streets. Also--for all the military types out there, the changing of the guard at the Citadel is something good to see. Overall--a very enjoyable time

Location to old city. Parking option and price of self parking. Great location to old city. Plently of choices for eating nearby. Staff reponded well to questions and were helpful with suggestions on what to see, routes to take and where to eat.

Not a bad hotel as long as you're not planning to spend a lot of time inside. Thankfully, the city more than makes up for it. There is no room in the hotel that offers a view of the Chateau Frontenac. The pictures of the pool make it appear large, unfortunately, it is quite tiny and the "inside access" is a closet-sized area that has steps down into the pool passing through a plastic curtain. Parking was somewhat pricy at */day, you can rent a car. Just a few blocks from the Grand Alle and the Gates of the Old City.

"We had a Great experience at the Delta Quebec. It is a few blocks from the Old City. The walk was short but uphil when returning. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and very helpful. Parking was $22 per day but it was indoor and serviced via the hotel elevator. The pool is heated and outdoors however, it is accessed from inside. You then swim to the ourside. The spa was not wirking. The restaurant seemed adequate but we did not dine there."

It was a good location for Winter Carnival and the room decor was bright and attractive. The swimming pool closed too early - 9pm; I wanted to sit in the hot tub after the kids were asleep.

The proximity to business center. Pool never works. Need to change mattress. Well located. Unfortunately not up kept to be a 4 star hotel. Staff friendly. Ridiculous charges for cot since bed was not in good shape. Could you please get the pool working?
