The hotel was close to the Metro so getting around the city was a breeze. The room and bed were great for sleeping.

Better than average fitness equipment, although room was a little cramped. Front-desk staff was courteous and helpful; concierge recommended good nearby restaurant. Great location for my business meetings, and nearby restaurants and activities. Great value for the price.

The bed was wonderfully confortable. Like most normal hotels, the decor is ridiculously drab!

I have never written a review and I thought I would never, but after stayed in this Montreal Delta (475 Avenue Du Pr?sident-Kennedy), I have to. This is top of my worst experience in a so called 4 star hotel : First, once we enter the room, my kids found some dirty beer caps still on the floor, room was not properly clean, and they almost hurt their feets, lucky my boy still had his socks on! And about 15 minutes later, 2 other guests just entered our room in the middle of our changing our clothes, we called front desk and they said will send someone a set of new access cards right away. After 3 hours, nobody showed up and I tried to called more than 10 times in between to the front desk and no one answers. Finally, I have to try to call the operator and connect to the front desk and after a long ring, someone answered and send us the new access cards. When I told me about how the room condition to the staff, all she said was "OH!" Very bad service and experience and I very close to check out but was very tired after been travel almost a week ahead before Montreal, our last destination of the trip. I have been in Montreal over dozens of times and this was the first time I stayed in Delta Montreal and I will never never stay in Montreal Delta again even they pay me for it!

This is a good hotel for the cost and is centrally located. I had meetings at the convention center and it was a nice walk each morning. I liked that it was near Mont Royal, the Metro, and Rue Saint Catherine (for shopping) and still not far from the convention center. The elevator was very slow in the afternoons/evening, however. Be ready to wait for a few minutes to be able to board an elevator.

Great location, good service - very prompt, clean and if you can upgrade to the comfortable beds - its worth it.

The service was extraordinary. Our room had a little balcony with a nice view which was enjoyable with it's fresh air. The room was too small and had no table for eating, but it was comfortable. They charged for the internet so we didn't use it the first 4 days. The food was outstanding in health consciousness and flavor, but prohibitively overpriced and I never got quite enough to eat. I spent an insane amount of money on food, but I was mostly hungry, I lost a pound. I guess that was the upside. I never had time to use the gym or pool, we were working all the time, but I really enjoyed the fact that they were available in case I did get the chance. The taxi on site was a huge plus. We had a lot of heavy stuff to haul around and didn't waste any time trying to find a cab. It was nicely located for walking when we had less to carry. I would stay there again-the service from both the cab drivers and the hotel staff was over the top. The onsite cabs was the crowning decision maker. Also, there was a nice little shop where I could get some things for my customers back home that wasn't terribly over priced. It didn't have everything I was looking for, but it had the most important things most people would be looking for probably.

I booked this hotel as a package which made the hotel virtually free. While the low price was fantastic, this hotel would have been great at regular price. Large gym, sauna, indoor pool, spa, business center, restaurants, and a store mean you could conceivably never leave the hotel if downtown Montreal weren't at your doorstep! Two metro stops within easy walking distance as are San laurent and st catherine streets. Only negatives were lack of wifi and the playground was def out since the roof appears to have caved in.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tob were not at all busy when we used them. We were disappointed to find cigarette butts on the balcony of our no smoking room.

This hotel was great with regard to location, price for the quality and room size. Last time we were in Montreal we stayed at another hotel for a good price but had TINY European type rooms. We assumed this was how it had to be but when we paid not much more for this hotel, we didn't expect so much room. There is actually a sitting area, desk and a balcony! The conditions were very clean, the staff was great and the location in Montreal perfect! Unexpectedly, the hotel ended up being only two blocks from the International Jazz festival. It is conveniently located to eating, with places to eat on every side and a grocery store behind. A walk to the old section was only about a 15 minute walk, something we ended up doing twice. Also nearby was Mont Royal. The pool was a bit small, but sufficient to anyone wanting to get wet. There is a jacuzzi. The fitness room was also typically small, but no worse than any other hotel I suppose. The only major complaint I had was that in setting this up, while parking is listed, it is conveniently NOT mentioned that parking is $23.00 a day! You might want to mention that, no? Also, Internet is listed as available in the room but is $16.00 a day! You might want to mention that as well! One saving grace - the hotel does have three computers available and we found (we were there Wednesday thru Sunday) that most of the time at least one was available to use. The restaurant is expensive and is pretty much gourmet - we didn't use it since there are so many other cafes and other eating places around that are reasonable.

It seems to be the right place for kids. The lobby and the floor I was in was clean smoke free. The hotel has a small activity room where my kid spent hours. And the pool was clean well kept. Kid loved it. Additionally the premier room had an excellent internet, which helped me conduct a lot of work.
