What transport is available to get around?

There is an independently owned and operated shuttle bus service available to and from the hotel, called the Pacific Western Airport Express which picks up and drops off approximately every thirty minutes’. The tickets can be purchased either from the driver or from the Pacific Western ticket booths at either of the 2 Terminals of Pearson International Airport for $21.95 Cdn. one way or $36.25 Cdn round trip, per person. The travel time is approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes; this may increase or decrease depending on time of day you are traveling, local traffic, weather conditions and number of people being picked up and dropped off, etc. The shuttle bus makes a stop at various hotel properties in downtown Toronto, and will drop you off at our Gerrard Street West entrance. You may also take the shuttle bus back to the airport at the same location where you were originally dropped off. Taxi and airport limousine services are also available on the arrivals level. As this offers you a more direct route to the hotel the cost could range from $60 -65 Cdn, one way depending on local conditions. We do suggest confirming a price with the driver before you commit to the ride.

We are centrally located in the heart of downtown Toronto, close to all the major attractions in the city including shopping, fine dining and entertainment districts. For your enjoyment, we offer two restaurants and two lounges in our lobby as well as two indoor swimming pools, one designated for adults only with full fitness facilities, and one for families with our indoor waterslide as well as a children's centre, which is a playroom with activities for children.
