This was the worst hotel I have never been into in the last 20 years (I have been in 20 countries). . The safe and phone line did not operate for the five days of my staying, and had not been repaired despite my repeated requests. The staff has basic attitude problem, especially the night shifter. In order tp plug electric instument, I had to unplug the TV or the basic mini bar. I could hear every word the receptionist is saying through my room door. Be prepared to flood your floor after every shower. The breakfast is very basic, and the location is highly central. I do not know where the 3 stars came from. Just don't go there.

Hotel was in great location. 5 min walk from train station and 5 - 10 min walk to all major attractions. The room was clean and pretty spacious for an older hotel in Europe. Breakfast was also good (coffee, rolls, yoghurt, cereal) - just be sure to arrive early. If you come towards the end of the 2 hour breakfast eating block, you might have to wait to sit as there are only 5 tables. Only thing that could be improved was noise. No carpet and walls are not so thick, so if you have loud neighbors (TV, extra-curricular activities, etc) you will hear them. But if you spend the whole day walking around Florence, you should be exhausted enough to go right to sleep.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but also extremely noisy as our room faces via Panzani. You could hear the traffic even with the windows closed. The room itself was adequate, but the attached bathroom needs had fixtures which were not properly secured, and a badly designed and built shower which floods the floor. Breakfast was nice though, and the staff was quite helpful.

I was especially pleased with the warm reception and always helpful front desk! I have gone back to stay here again and find myself treated like family. This is a gem.

We just needed a hotel for one night, so the hotel was good enough because clean and well located, but...what a poor breakfast!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never had a breakfast like that before, especially in Italy where you can get so much more than just a piece of non fresh bread and so called croissant. Luckily we had a special deal via Venere. We dicovered that the original price of the room was 200 Euros!!! They have an agreement with a parking place, the next street, so it's convienient.

L'hotel è gradevole, molto comodo come posizione vicino alla stazione ed in centro, gli spazi comuni sono un po' angusti ma nel compenso è un'ottima sistemazione con buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che siamo a Firenze

difficult to find even in the daytime so I'm glad we didn't arrive late .I don't know how we would have managed, but that is nobody's fault as the hotel happens to be located in the midst of the hitorical center which makes it a very convenient place to radiate from for the visits. A parking lot is situated within walking distance (a few hundred meters, price 24 or so euros per day ,the personel of which being particularly friendly and helpful...)

The Delle Tele Hotel Florence was fine. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very lame. Convenient to the train station, but the area in general was incredibly congested and crowded. Walking down the street was not always pleasant unless it was very early morning. We were in Europe for two weeks, 3 days at this hotel in Florence, and found Florence to be our least favorite place visited, except for the wonderful museums. If you are in Florence, go up to Fiesole...quiet & pretty. Also, Siena is worth a visit, as well.

The Delle Tele Hotel Florence was fabulous. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was ample. The staff was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. Our stay at this hotel could not have been better.

The location was excellent! Only 10 minutes Walking from Duomo. The room was spacious and clean, but it was very noisy when the windows were opened. Would stay here again but would ask for a room not facing the street.

J'ai eu l'impression de payer surtout la situation (centre de Florence) plus que le service. Pour le même prix nous avons eu un 4*, dans le Piémont certes, mais un Palace tout de même...
