I liked this hotel because of its location (it's central for sure!), the staff (very pleasant and helpful), breakfast (pretty great for the price), and the little terrace off my room. A fine choice for one or two nights. I have no complaints.

For the charges, it was very central for shopping, there were lovely shops 2 minutes away, 10 minutes and less walking to most restaurants, a 5 minute walking distance to the bus and train station which is invaluable.

Really nice hotel, good position for walking around the city and the railway/bus station.Rooms nice and large, v. clean. Staff very helpful, showing all sites on a map for you and made trip bookings for us. Would stay here again.

A daunting entrance hides what might be a nice, value for money hotel in the heart of Palermo. But watch out for the split level rooms with internal spiral staircase. There are two or three of these and they are not much fun unless you are totally able-bodied!

The reception staff were warm and friendly, as were the waiting staff at breakfast. The buliding has period charm but modern convenience. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the hotel. Excellent value for money, great location and lovely staff.
